Catch glimpses of dolphins swimming in your backyard and spend the day at the beach with all the conveniences of home just steps away. Then shower off outside in the enclosed warm water shower.

If you're bringing your dog, you will appreciate the deck has a latched gate at all entry points. This is also helpful keeping little ones contained, but please note these are latched, not locked.

Unlike many properties in the area LINENS are included and BEDS are MADE, so you can start enjoying your vacation right when you arrive!

With a King bed in the master, a queen in the second bedroom, full size bunks in the third bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, the house can accommodate 2 families.

When you’re ready to check out the restaurants, shops, and all things Topsail Island has to offer, you will find the house is ideally located in Surf City on a quiet, low traffic road.

Blue Salt Bungalow is 1.4 miles north of the Surf City Center / Pier, and just 0.5 miles south of several other restaurants and bars (a nice walk up the beach).

Don’t feel like leaving your beach paradise? No problem, bring out your fishing poles to surf fish or grab a book and soak up the vitamin D. Then cook dinner in with the well-stocked kitchen.

If you’re heading to the beach in the winter months, enjoy the oceanfront views from the wall of windows in the warm comfort of your living room or main bedroom!

Blue Salt Bungalow is an oceanfront one level home located off North Shore Drive in Surf City. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large oceanfront deck, breathtaking ocean views, high speed wireless internet, and so much more, Blue Salt Bungalow is the perfect getaway for you and your family! Linens are included in the price and beds are made so you don't start off your vacation doing work!

First Level: At the top of the stairs, the door is on your right, and the ocean is straight ahead! This first and only level contains all living areas, all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the beach access, outside shower, and more!

Kitchen: Live like a local and cook your meals in this well stocked kitchen! Fully equipped with stainless steel and black appliances will make whipping up your favorite dishes a breeze! The washer and dryer is also in this area. *Kitchen was updated in January 2024.

Dining Area: Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, with room to seat up to 6 people. Utilize the large dining table by serving your meals family-style, or by playing a board game after dinner is finished! Enjoy your first meal of the day basking in the sunlight with a breathtaking view of the ocean.

Living Room: This area features couches and a TV. With a couch, love seat and 2 chairs, there is plenty of room for everyone to get comfortable while winding down with a movie on the large flat screened TV after a long day on the beach or out on the boat! Open the curtains of the large windows to let in the sunshine and take in the spectacular view!

Bedroom One: contains a king sized bed (Helix midnight Luxe). This room also holds a medium sized flat screen smart TV, large dresser, closet, and a sliding glass door out to the ocean front deck. Start your day with the view of the sunrise over the ocean. This bedroom has an attached bathroom that contains a stand-up shower. The bathroom also has entry from the hall (which can be locked if you prefer to use it as a master en-suite).
Bedroom Two: features a queen sized bed, luggage rack and tv.
Bedroom three: contains a bunk bed with full size beds, a dresser and a tv.

Security Camera: An exterior security camera over the front door, facing the stairs from the driveway, was added to the home in January 2023.
