Close to everything! Our 2 BR half of a duplex is less than 10 minutes from IU Stadium, less than 15 minutes to the new IU health hospital, less than 20 minutes to McCormick's Creek State Park, and less than 30 minutes to Lake Monroe! The flat is walking distance to stores and restaurants and a quick car ride to I-69 or downtown Bloomington.

With a comfortable great room, you can lounge on the couch or sit at the dining table and visit with anyone in the kitchen. Dine al fresco on the back patio off of the great room. This home feels spacious despite its small footprint and will easily sleep 4. Both bedrooms have queen beds.

The kitchen is fully functional with drip & k-cup coffee maker, pans, skillets, baking sheets, and cooking utensils. There are also dishes, glasses, mugs, and silverware available to use during your stay.

Cook a meal in the kitchen, watch the smart TV, or use the washer and dryer to do your laundry.

There is space to park 2 cars in the parking area.

To help accommodate those with allergies, my house is a smoke/vape free environment.

Guests have access to entire unit and back yard.

Hosts are available by the app, cellphone, and text.
