The perfect spot for a Lake house vacation! This 3br-2ba waterfront property is located on the North end of Indian Lake. Entertainment abound - both indoors and out! The property includes 67 feet of channel, making it the ideal place to boat, fish and swim! 🚤🎣🤿

Included with your stay: water sport equipment w/ signed waiver. Includes a pedal boat, 3 kayaks, and 2 stand up paddle boards 🛶 Life jackets provided in most sizes including children & dogs 🛟

Pets stay for free! 🐶😸

The home is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay on the Lake. In the living room, you’ll find kid’s toys, books for all ages, puzzles, board games, playing cards, and dice. The enclosed patio features a dart board and ping pong. Also in the patio, you’ll find some life sized yard games to include Spike Ball, Connect 4, Yahtzee, Jenga, Corn Hole, & Kan Jam!

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the full home. The dock is scheduled for major renovation, but there’s plenty of channel space to tie up a boat right next to the home.

Host Availability:

I am available for questions by text during my waking hours: 7am-10pm local time and am responsive for phone calls. Feel free to message at any time. There’s a good chance one of the co-hosts (Dustin & Drew) or I will be able to answer quickly.

Amenities & Other Details:

Hot Tub is professionally serviced weekly on Wednesday or Thursday (depending on mother nature). If this occurs during your stay, I will notify you of the schedule prior to your arrival.

Crib, High Chair and Changing Table available upon request.

Level 2 EV charger available along with RV electric hookup (NEMA 14-50 plug). They share the same plug, so only one amenity can be used at any given time.

This home has well water with a water softener & full home filtration system. The water is fine to drink, but some may still be averse to the taste. We provide bottled water, but plan to bring more if desired. There is a gas station a quick five minute drive away as well.

Due to proximity to a State Park (wooded area) and the lake, there is a lot of wildlife and bugs in the area (mosquitos, deer, ducks, raccoons, foxes, snakes, mice, etc). We do have preventative measures for bugs & pests, but nothing is full proof. If the presence of critters makes you uncomfortable, this might not be the best fit for your stay.

We do accept custom requests. Send us a message with details on how we can make your stay as special as possible, and we will let you know if it’s doable! Additional charges may be added, but will always be agreed upon.

Neighborhood:

This neighborhood is tucked back into a quiet cul de sac. The neighbors on the right are super friendly, so feel free to say hi! The channel acts as a little street in itself and boaters are typically open for conversations on their way out to the main lake or as they fish.

Getting Around:

This is a drive in neighborhood. If you bring bicycles, it’s perfect for a ride around. There’s a small convenience store and gas station about a mile from the home (you’ll need to drive as it’s on a busy road). There’s a new restaurant that is a half mile from the house that serves pretty good food. The roads to it are safe for walking, but you’ll need to cross one busier road to get there. If you have a boat or a rent a boat, that’s the best way to get around! Tie up right at the house and enjoy your stay :)

Security, Safety & Privacy Note:

There is a single security camera monitoring the driveway for safety purposes and insurance reasons. This camera records audio and video upon motion. It is not regularly monitored and footage is only reviewed in the case of an incident or concern.
