Entertainment: TV in each bedroom and the living room
Sleeping Arrangements: King bed in the master bedroom, two full beds in the second bedroom, and a sofa (not a sleeper) in the living room (we offer an air mattress upon request)
Flooring: Tile throughout the condo, with a rug in the living room
Ceiling Fans: Located in both bedrooms and the living room for added comfort
Kitchen: Fully equipped with appliances, utensils, and a standard coffee maker
Bathrooms: The master bathroom features a tub/shower, while the second bathroom has a walk-in shower

All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person wristband fee $25 plus tax. Wristbands are required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32. Guests ages 9 and under are exempt. Guests ages 33 and old are exempt. Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the wristband fee will apply. The wristband fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
