This 5 bedroom 4 1/2 bath spacious home is the perfect get-a-way for a large group or family! It's also the perfect spot for an intimate retreat! The chefs kitchen is a dream with a ginormous island and seating for 5! Whip up a lite bite or a gourmet feast!

Welcome to your luxury Riverhills retreat! This 5BR/4.5BA home with heated pool, chef’s kitchen & endless patios is perfect for families, large groups, or intimate retreats. With 13+ beds, designer details, and custom finishes, everyone will find space to relax, gather, and create memories.
(If you need additional space we have another home 1 door away that sleeps 10 for a total of 26 people and 20 beds!)

Unwind by the pool, chill in the NEW Hot Tub, grill on the patio, or challenge friends to a game of cornhole. Inside, the chef’s kitchen with oversized island is ideal for cooking anything from a quick bite to a gourmet feast. We do have cameras on side front side and rear with cloud recording. While we do not monitor cameras at any time, we will refer to footage in the event of a problem or neighbor complaint

House was clean upon arrival and had a great layout. Was close to many of places we we're going to during our trip. Property manager was very communicative when/if needed.

Wonderful family vacation

The house is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable whether sleeping, or eating at the large table, bar or smaller table. The swimming pool area was a big hit for the whole family. We would definitely love to visit again. Laney was very pleasant and made us feel so welcome

Nice space, good location, poor check-in

I came to stay with family to attend my graduation. When I booked there were many restrictions and regulations including undisclosed fees for persons over 8 guests though the listing states accommodations for 16. I was asked to provide the full name and date of birth for every person staying and was asked repeatedly if I was having a party as those are strictly forbidden. They only allow guests over 25 years of age and have a separate portal for house rules. The listing price increased once the additional person fees were added, so double check the listing first. The property overall was clean and big enough for everyone and the hosts were nice and answered questions promptly. The WiFi included is not sufficient if you intend to work from this location and could not stream any tv as the network connection was too poor. Overall a nice place hosted by nice people but too stringent for a rental property.

Just regarding pricing. If you had booked for the correct number of guests when you reserved the house the price would've been exactly what the charge for additional guests over eight. As far as the TVs are concerned this is was a user issue as we checked all tvs upon checkout. They were logged into the Wi-Fi I was able to stream so I'm not quite sure what the problem was. To give us two stars based on pricing because you failed to read the listing or book for the correct number of people is Ludacris. With a the home this large, we have to have rules and boundaries. All guests must be registered for insurance purposes. I'm sorry that you could not understand that.

Beautiful spacious home

We take an annual New Year’s family trip so the space was perfect. The house was just as listed on pictures. Pool temperature was perfect so we were able to use it in December. The home was clean with plenty of bathrooms and beds. Out of the 5 bedrooms only 2 had tv’s. I know some owners do this but it was an inconvenience for our family. I didn’t give the 5 stars only because of the neighborhood. The homes surrounding this beautiful home was not too pleasant. A shopping cart was abandoned at the edge of our driveway and multiple homes had trash/mattresses thrown on the lawn. The haggling for money from locals was heavy in the surrounding store areas. I would suggest spending free time near downtown which isn’t far. Overall great house.

Save your money

Pool was Green when we got there(Fri), enormous amount of chemicals put in on Sat, didn't ever turn crystal clear while we were there. Had not been vacuumed.- Was told it was stained. Patio had a massive hole where it has caved in, grass had not mowed. MUCH smaller and dirtier than pictures. Asked for some money back b/c we could not use outside-was told no. Outside and surrounding area is Sketchy and not safe. Code did not work @check in time. Had to call multiple times before it worked. Inside...Beautiful, as pictures. However, not one shower had HOT water. Was told by Prop Mngr to go reset breaker. We did and nothing. Prop Mngr told us to make sure we turned knobs to hot! Really? ( 4 Police Officers, 3 Lawyers 2 teachers, an electrician and a dentist could not figure it out lol) Not once did he say he would come check it out himself. Ended up taking cold showers. If you have less people it might work, but we had 11 people all taking showers within 60-90 minutes and couldn't even get one Hot shower. VERY disappointed with the Prop Mngr and how this trip turned out. One of the reasons we rented this house was for the Pool and for it not to be swimmable and to get such a BS response was frustrating and, again, disappointing. I'd save your money and go elsewhere.

Thanks for your review. However I feel the need to reply as you arrived POST HURRICANE. While we did not sustain any major damage, we did what we could to pick up the property since we did have high winds and loads of rain. We did make you aware we were sending out the pool company a 2nd time to treat the pool. Unfortunately, this is part of hurricane season in Florida. We are very grateful we did not suffer the mass catastrophic damage that areas south of us did but would have appreciated more understanding. I may also add that you arrived 2 hours prior to check in and proceeded to harass our housekeepers to get in early. You messaged us at 1120am to arrive early which we immediately said the last guests left late and it was impossible. Setting up shop on our porch drinking beers is unacceptable prior to check in time. You were told multiple times an early check in is not something we can do when we have guests checking out the same morning. As far as the hot water is concerned, there was no issue. The HWH was replaced about 2 months ago. We asked you to try the breaker since it may have been tripped with the storm. You did not follow our instructions and went into the wrong electrical panel. We sent out the electrician the next day to check it out and he resolved the problem. The valves in the house are reversed due to the european hardware. You were difficult and entitled from the get go. Im sorry your trip was less than satisfactory but we did everything to make you happy and satisfied given the circumstances.

Our group enjoyed this property and we had plenty of beds for everyone. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone as well! Very short ride to downtown areas.
