After a day on the beach, you'll love spreading out in the living room to stream your favorite movies and shows on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The full kitchen is waiting with plenty of counter space and appliances to help you prepare a delicious meal for everyone to enjoy at the dining table with seating for six. The breakfast bar has two barstools for those quick afternoon snacks. Of course, there's nothing like a fun summertime barbecue, so be sure to use the private gas grill to host a get-together out on the spacious deck while the kids romp around on the lawn. When evening falls, you'll have two well-appointed bedrooms to take advantage of. The high-speed WiFi will make it easy for remote workers and students to take care of those last-minute projects. Reward your hard work with a trip to the shared pool, then come back to throw your swim trunks into the private washer and dryer for a spin. The central AC will keep everything nice and cool on those hot summer afternoons.

THINGS TO KNOW

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
