A comfortable small space
My family arrived during a heat wave, I was told that the lock was programmed to be accessible at 3pm; it was and I was a little amused that it did not work at 2:59😆
The property looked exactly as listed, with the addition of a credenza next to the refrigerator but in the living room; that came in handy for storage as there is very little (virtually no) storage space. Also, the bedroom looked better than the picture in the listing with bedspreads, I’m glad bedding is provided. If you plan on using the futon in the living room then I suggest bringing a fitted sheet; a pillow & blanket are provided.
My only suggestion to the host was to program the AC to turn on an hour before arrival time, like I said there was a heatwave and the ACs are fully functional but slow in cooling off the whole apartment.
We were there for the “Wildwood blackout,” luckily we arrived a day sooner and not the day of with that heatwave. I’m happy to share that this property was only minimally affected by the blackout. We left for an early dinner in Cape May (Cape May was not affected by the blackout) and when we returned the electricity had been fully restored 👏👏👏
The kitchen is every bit as small as the pictures show; I wouldn’t recommend cooking there. It’s not just a tiny workspace (less than 2 feet of counter space), but to cook would mean having to get out of the way of someone needed to use the bathroom or the bedroom.
Overall I was very pleased with our stay 😊👍
