This cozy beach bungalow is located inside the gated community of Venture Out Resort. As a guest, you will have access to outdoor pools, sports courts, a playground, private beach access, parking for one vehicle, and your very own golf cart.

Families of up to six will have plenty of space to spread out and get a great night’s sleep. All three bedrooms are tastefully decorated with stylish furnishings and beach-inspired artwork and offer plenty of storage space and flat-screen TVs.

☆The master bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable Queen-sized bed, a large mirrored closet, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom.

☆The second bedroom also has a comfortable queen-sized bed, spacious mirrored closet, and a flat-screen TV.

☆The third bedroom is outfitted with a twin bed that has a trundle, offering a comfortable night’s sleep for two people.
☆This room also has two comfy bean bag chairs to lounge in as well as a desk in case you need to get some work done.

There are two full bathrooms inside the home - one ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom and another full bathroom for the other two bedrooms which has a bath tub and shower.The ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, and the other bathroom is equipped with a shower/tub combo.
The bathrooms are stocked with essential toiletries-in case you forgot to pack something.

The full kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need for whipping up tasty family meals, including stainless steel appliances, cookware, a fryer, a toaster, instapot and a duo coffee maker with Keurig Kcups. Four people can pull up a seat at the dining table to enjoy meals, or perch at the kitchen island (seating for four).
Across the way from the kitchen is the cozy lounge area. The whole family will have enough room to spread out on the plush sofa and chairs for a movie night. You could also put on a fun family game night with our collection of games.

☆The home is stocked with an array of beach equipment you are welcome to use, including toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a basketball located in the rubbermaid closet to the right side of the house .
☆You will also have your very own golf cart to easily carry all this gear down to the beach.
Guests will also have access to all the resort amenities, including one outdoor heated pool by the beach (open from March -October 30th), an additional outdoor pool by the lagoon (open year-round and heated from October 1st-March 15th), sports courts, a playground, community grills, a fishing pier, and a putt-putt course.
Back at the house, you can chill on the front porch or cook up lunch on your own outdoor grill.

Guest Access
✹Guests will have access to the entire unit, along with all the resort amenities. Resort amenities include the following:

Guests will also be able to use the golf cart throughout their stay for no additional cost.
The golf cart can only also be used within the resort and to cart items to the private beach.
Golf carts are not allowed to be used on the streets. Guests are required to sign a waiver to use the golf cart, and the minimum age to drive it is 16.
All passengers must be seated in the golf cart, with passengers not exceeding the number of seats available.
The speed limit for all vehicles within the resort is 10 MPH.

No refunds will be given due to weather unless our location is under evacuation orders.
There may be pool closings due to maintenance and body fluid accidents. The beach is also closed to swimming at times due to strong undercurrents or marine life.
We do not offer refunds in the event of beach or pool closures. We recommend purchasing trip insurance to cover unexpected illness and other unforeseen circumstances.

If you are traveling with young children, we have a baby gate, travel crib and a highchair available .
