If there was a worst customer award, it would be for this one. From the first moment she made the reservation, she asked us if our listing was a scam. The reservation was for 3 people and in the end 2 came. On the first day, everything went perfectly and without any problems and of course we offered early arrival since we could. No thanks were mentioned. From the second day, she started sending us threatening messages and bad descriptions. She took photos and created them as she wanted. She made the wrong settings on the ac and make us to a process for the technician to come for no reason. She told us that she didn't have enough cosmetics or towels for the entire stay, while we offer free cleaning service every two days. She called the channel and pressured them to call us in the early hours of the morning to pressure us to return her money but at the same time to stay. She even asked for ingredients to cook. We still can't understand what pleasure someone can have when they subject themselves to such a process during their vacation. What we understood after contacting the channel is that it is probably a way for her to stay for free and to have more attention. Finally, with the contribution of the VRBO, we asked her to leave on the second day of her stay.
