The space
6,000 square feet of living space including a formal dining room, billiard room and a giant game room upstairs set on a full acre in a quiet and private neighborhood. Large, comfortable bedrooms with attached bathrooms, lots of closet space and unique details including secret spaces and passageways between them make this a magical experience for kids. Beautiful grounds and activities including ping pong, cornhole, croquet and frisbee golf. Paintball or airsoft games can be arranged for $500, led by a former Navy Seal. Accommodating hosts are next door and available for anything you need. Early check in may be available on request for an additional fee.

Other things to note
An appreciation for wildlife is beneficial as you'll enjoy seeing native Texas deer, birds of prey like hawks and owls, and a selection of African plains game species are preserved as taxidermy and furnishings. Please note there are Ring cameras for safety and security to monitor the primary entry points from the interior and exterior, the swimming pool and common living areas.

Event Fee of $350. This covers additional parking next door, signage directing your guests to parking and to your event, approval to move furniture around to accommodate rented tables & chairs, additional attention needed by hosts and additional trash created from an event.
