The Hidden Gem is a true reflection of its name! Located in the heart of Sunnyside. Just minutes from the coveted 30A area and to the east the beloved Panama City Beach. You are just minutes from the best of both worlds!

Sunnyside beach offers incredible views of the Emerald Coast. You will never have to fight for a spot on the beach or feel the crowding of fellow beach goers. Privacy is in abundance!

The hosts of Hidden Gem have thought of everything you will need as a guest. Making you feel at home and pampered. From preparing meals in the sprawling kitchen filled with everything a chef would desire to hosting a meal prepared pool side at the outdoor kitchen.

You will find two spacious living areas with ample seating and comfort. Both with smart TV’s.

Must not overlook the two decks where you can view the sunrise and amazing sunsets of the Emerald Coast. Dine at your leisure. Take a nap with the ocean breeze! Poolside offers outdoor dining along with an outdoor kitchen.

The pool has a spa but not heated. As you take the time to rest all the comforts and amenities have been well thought out in the bedrooms. Three on-suites with two queen beds and each a full bath. Smart tv’s for your enjoyment. Along with an incredibly luxurious primary bedroom. A bunk room that sleeps four.

Amazing stay for our family vacation!

We stayed here with our family - married adult children, grandchildren. The location was perfect, plenty of space, tastefully decorated and well maintained. Our grandkids had a great time in the pool, and at the beach which is conveniently located within less than 2 minutes across the street. The home was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals, relax and enjoy each other! I would definitely recommend booking this place if you are considering it!

Beyond great!!

We can not say enough about this place. It was very clean and in a great location. Almost felt like you had your own private beach. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the owners spare nothing in the amenities! There were so many extras…the coffee stocked was so appreciated! Our host Farah was very available and responsive during our stay. We loved this place and hope to get to stay here again! It truly is a hidden gem…we are glad we found it!

Perfect Location and a Great House!

We loved staying at the Hidden Gem! The living space and kitchen were perfect for a big group. We were right across the street from beach access and we loved having a view of the ocean from the house. Everything in the house is very well labeled and easy to find. Amazing stay!!

This house is even more beautiful in person than in photos. Spacious, clean, great view from upper balconies, has everything you need for cooking, beach play, etc. Highly recommend! Would definitely stay here again.

Big family vacation? This is where you want to be!

This place! My family of 16 thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful, spacious home. There was plenty of space to spread out or come together with private rooms and en suites for four families with children. The pool was enjoyed each evening and the beach access was only steps away. The beach area is quiet and the owners provide tents, toys, chairs and a cooler to accommodate a day in the sun. It’s is close to grocery stores and shops, the kitchen is huge and well stocked for cooking. Could not have dreamed of a better place to stay. Did I mention the view?

Panama City Beach Done Right

The property is just as it appears in the listing. A modern, well-equipped vacation home. The highlights of this property were definitely the pool in the kitchen. The proximity to the beach can't be beat. Two access points within about 100 ft of the property line made beach days very accessible. We had a blast!

Spectacular stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and gorgeous beach home. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. The views from all balconies, but especially the top floor, were beautiful. We have a large family and we were all pleased with the peacefulness and privacy of the home. Upon arrival we were all aware of how clean the home was and how easy check in was, especially compared to checking into a hotel/condo. We will definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for great views, a beautiful home to relax in and your own private pool area, then this is the place for you!

Beautiful beach home

We loved the Hidden Gem! It is very spacious and comfortable. The view from the balconies is amazing! The kitchen is stocked well with everything you need. It even has an ice maker in the lower-level bar area and extra refrigerator space. The garage has beach chairs, a canopy, an umbrella, a cooler, and a beach wagon. We loved having the pool and the beach right across the street. There is easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. We highly recommend this vacation home!

Felt like a private beach.

This house was incredibly clean, large and the most incredible view of the beach and gulf. It was perfect for our two families. This is one of the few large homes with an unobstructed view of the water and just steps away from the sand. The master bedroom had privacy and it’s own balcony and an enormous master bath with a walk-in shower that allows you to see the emerald water. Literally one of the nicest homes in the area. Highly recommended! We’ve traveled all over the world and this by far is our favorite stay to be “with people.”

The most amazing home

Everything about The Hidden Gem was nothing short of amazing! We were a group of 14 people (8 adults, 6 kids) and there was more than enough room for everyone! We never felt on top of each other. The beds were so comfortable with the most amazing sheets! Location to the beach was perfect, just a short walk across the road and down a sandy path! Beach chairs, toys, and wagon are available to use. You can literally go with only your clothes and have everything you need! The owners really thought of everything!

Perfect!

This was our first time to PCB, it did not disappoint! The Hidden Gem is truly AMAZING! My whole family was impressed with this beautiful home. The provided wagon, beach toys and chairs were great! The private beach access was so convenient and appreciated. The house is located in a perfect spot, not too far from shopping and resturants yet far enough that it's peaceful and quiet. The view from each balcony is unforgettable. The kids had a blast in the pool everyday! Everyone had their own space and the large kitchen was a great place to gather for meals. We can't wait to come back! Book the Hidden Gem, you won't regret it!

Top notched house

This house was so very well equipped. They provided anything and everything you can imagine. I have stayed at many beach houses and this one by far exceeded all the rest. I had brought many extra items as I usually do but I definitely didn’t need to for this house. We had almost enough toilet paper and paper towels to last the week. They even provided full sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They had a blow dryer in one of the bathrooms. In the garage they provided plenty of beach and pool toys and pool chairs if needed. The beach space was not at all crowded for our large group. We will definitely stay here again. Even though we had to walk across the street to get to the beach it wasn’t busy at all.

Huge, comfortable, and amazing place!

I stayed at the house with 8 friends from high school for our collective celebration of our 60th birthdays! First of all, we had plenty of room. Everyone had their own comfy bed (Although 2 shared the king-sized bed in the master.) The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed (although, we could’ve used a big, serrated knife for cutting bread.) and the location was amazing! Just walk across the street, basically, to get to the beautiful white-sandy beach, that was never crowded!!! They even had a wagon to pull extra chairs and any beach toys out to the beach! Stores were not too far away and it was close enough to either Rosemary Beach or Panama City Beach for restaurants and shopping. The home looked exactly as it did in the pictures and we absolutely loved it! The view of the beach and the outdoor seating on the two balconies was wonderful! We even used the pool! Communication with the leasing company was outstanding, as well. If you need a large house and want to be on the beach, pick Hidden Gem…we will definitely book again when we want to come to the beach! (Note: the bunk room is on the top floor with the master and does not have its own bathroom. Anyone in the bunk room shares the master bathroom, which is massive.)
