Please remember you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.
- Bring your own subscription. We do not provide specific streaming services.
- There is 1 ring door bell and 1 security camera on the property. The first is on the side of the property towards the gate. They are for the protection of the home and safety of our guests.
- We provide 1 towel per guest, with extra towels on site if needed

To NOT incur EXTRA cleaning charges, please make sure to follow the following steps:
- Remove all your food and disposables from cabinets and refrigerators/freezers.
- Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher for our cleaner to run
- Rinse off any cooler or beach chairs we "may" provide if used during your stay. We do not advertise these and are not part of the cleaning fee.
- NO PARTIES $1000 fine will be charged for any parties.
- NO SMOKING anywhere, fee of $500 will be charged.
- We provide 1 towel per guest, with extra towels on site if needed
- Quiet Hours start at 8pm.
- Be respectful of neighbors.
- 4 cars max are allowed at the property.
- Trash is every Monday/Thursday. Please take trash out to the trash cans before leaving.
- 1 dog under 30LB allowed with prior approval of type, breed, and age by host.
- Having a pet will incur extra fee.
- No food, gum, or candy in beds please.
- This home has a maximum occupancy of a total of 12 people, regardless of age. More then 10 guests will be a $50 charge per extra guest per night. Unregistered guests or unpaid-for guests or visitors are not permitted on the property at anytime.
- LATE CHECKOUT FEE OF $200 FROM 10:00-11:00. FROM 11:00-12:00, THE FEE IS $500. AFTER 12:00, THE FEE IS HALF OF THE NEXT GUEST'S TOTAL RESERVATION AMOUNT. PLEASE UNDERSTAND WE CANT HAVE LATE CHECKOUTS AS IT INTERFERES WITH THE TURNOVER OF CLEANING AND THE NEXT GUEST'S STAY.
