Theres plenty of entertainment for you and your loved ones, both inside and outdoors!

The minute you arrive at Cant Bear to Leave you can sit back and relax! Outside, you are surrounded by nature and the stillness of the Smokies and can kick back in our hot tub and take in the views from one of the multiple rocking chairs or settled in around the fire pit. Inside, head on down to the game room, which has an additional living space, fireplace, arcade, and a large pool table -- - perfect for a competitive game or two with your family!

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.
