Very cool unique property in a great location. The opposite of a boring hotel. Amazing plants make it feel very natural.

This place is an absolute gem! In a very safe feeling walkable neighborhood with the cutest little shops. The shop/ restaurant strip is maybe a 2 minute walk from the house. The house itself is stunning, literal dream home. Cozy and cute, loved every second spent there.

Fun eclectic place in an awesome neighborhood. Our group of four had a great stay. It was a really nice layout with two private bedroom/bath areas for two couples. Only things I would suggest for improvement (if I’m being overly picky) would be handlebars in the bathtub and fewer loose rugs for us old people. I would also have liked to see curtains for the windows in the upstairs bedroom.

Denver vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this house near Wash park in Denver. We had a 5-day vacation and did a number of day trips - within Denver, Colorado Springs, Boulder, and Rocky Mountain National Park. The house is in a great location- quiet residential neighborhood but very close to I25 and the main local routes into Denver. The home was very clean and the kitchen well appointed with pots, pans, coffee maker etc. Very nice back patio which was perfect for cooler evenings. Would highly recommend!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Denver, especially families. The house is full of personality, charm, and thoughtful details that made it feel both comfortable and special. One of our favorite things was the beautiful aesthetic throughout the home. The Turkish-inspired decor, unique artwork, and abundance of plants created such a warm, inviting atmosphere. It felt less like a rental and more like staying in a carefully curated home filled with character and creativity. The location was fantastic. The neighborhood was quiet, quaint, and welcoming, making it a perfect home base for exploring Denver while still feeling peaceful and relaxed at the end of each day. We traveled as a family and found the home to be very family-friendly, with plenty of space to relax, connect, and enjoy our time together. Our boys especially loved the gym, as they’re both currently in that phase of being excited about working out and building muscles, and it was a fun and unexpected bonus during our stay. The home was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described, and communication was easy throughout our stay.Thank you for sharing such a beautiful space. We made wonderful memories here and would gladly stay again on a future visit to Denver.

What an amazing home ! The area is so awesome ! We walked a block to the pearl street farmers market , all trips we made were a 12 uber ride ! Central location to so much ! We were in town for a show at red rocks and we got here so easily !! The place was so clean and boho!! Matched the photos exactly!! My only small complaint was that the garage gym didn’t get used as it smelled pretty strong of maybe lawn chemicals, so I chose not to use it we also didn’t search, but the bike tires were all flat and we didn’t notice a pump anywhere ! Other than those very very minor things it was amazing and if I return to CO I will definitely stay here again !!

The host was very welcoming, the house was amazing to sleep in and it was close to everything we wanted to do. Although I was uncomfortable because one of the cleaning ladies came in while we were gone and we walked in her being there. With no warning or heads-up that she would be there. That was the only downside, I plan to come back and book again!

Great place in a great location! The property is very unique in a great way, "Bohemian" is the word I would use for the decor. Very different, but very comfortable. The atrium with all the plants should be highlighted more, it was fantastic! The upstairs bedroom is not totally private because of the great atrium, but not an issue if you plan for it. The entire house felt very clean and welcoming. It is a duplex, which is fine if the neighbors don't throw a party....... All of the live plants were a great touch! We will be staying here again!

Fun House and Fun Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The decor of the house was adorable and fun with lots of plants. Great outdoor space and in a great location. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, boutiques and parks. Only two blocks from the light Rail station. The Sunday Farmers Market was outstanding. There were two couples staying at the house and the accommodations where a great set up, other than you could hear every conversation going on throughout the house. One of the charms of the house was the open ceiling to the skylights on the second floor, but any nose coming from the floor below traveled up to the main floor. It made it hard to sleep in if anyone else was up and moving about.

We’re so glad you enjoyed the home’s fun decor, abundance of plants, and the great location close to shops, restaurants, parks, and the farmers market. It sounds like you made the most of the neighborhood! We appreciate your note about the sound carrying between floors — the open design definitely adds character, but we understand how it can make things a bit noisier. Your feedback is really helpful, and we’ll look into ways to minimize that for future guests. We’re happy to hear you had an overall great stay and hope to welcome you back again soon! _Mackey
