This is a petite studio with full size (double) murphy bed and full bath. It features a full kitchen, washer dryer in the unit as well as TV, Fast Wifi, Keyless entry and comfortable linens. Guests have access to the second story deck for working or relaxing.

This unit requires you to climb 1 set of stairs to gain entry.



Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. Please note the age of this building means thinner walls and creaky floors. Please have respect for your fellow guests and refrain from loud noises during quiet hours.



Reservations of 90 days or more require a signed lease agreement prior to the start of the stay. We will send this lease to you immediately after booking. Please message us if you are interested in reviewing this lease prior to booking.



The building is located about 15 minutes from the Roanoke Airport, 1 hour from Virginia Tech University, 5 minutes to Roanoke Memorial Hospital, and 10 minutes from Roanoke Community Hospital.
