The dock will accommodate one boat up to 24 feet in length and offers a sitting area complete with Adirondack chairs at the land end - what a great place to relax and reconnect with each other. Like vacationing with others yet want some privacy? Just call dibs on the guest house with living room, bedroom and 3/4 bath. Prepare your meals on the gas grill but save room for s'mores around the fire-pit in the evening. There are A/C-heat units in all bedrooms as well as the living room. The fireplace is off limits and can not be used. Wi-Fi and YouTube TV. Water source is from the lake with a state-of-the-art purification system with drinking water at the kitchen faucet. If you would like to rent linens, the fee for this property is $150 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made for you, the fee is $8 per bed.
