GUEST ACCESS

CLEANING
▶ Our professional cleaners ensure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay.
▶ Dishwasher pods provided.
▶ Laundry detergent pods provided.
▶ Note: Washer is currently out of order. Dryer is working.

TOWELS
▶ Please use towels responsibly as we do not change towels daily. Keep them clean. If towels are stained, damaged, or lost, a replacement fee will be charged.

LOGISTICS
▶ Check-in: 4:00 PM
▶ Check-out: 11:00 AM
▶ Personalized self-check-in instructions will be provided at 6:00 AM on the day of your arrival.

GARBAGE
▶ Residential Pickup Day: Tuesday & Friday

▶ Trash bins located to the right side fence when facing the front door.

PARKING
▶ Free driveway parking for 3 spaces. Additional free curbside parking available in front of the home.

PARTIES & EVENTS
▶ Parties are not permitted unless pre-approved. Unauthorized parties may result in a fine of up to $500.

PETS
▶ Pets allowed with prior approval. Pet sanitation fee ranges from $75 to $200, depending on the number of pets and length of stay. Payment request will be sent during your arrival date.
▶ Maximum of 2 dogs permitted, each no more than 45 lbs.

CAMERAS
▶ External surveillance and noise monitors are in place for everyone's safety. Security cameras are located around the outside of the home.

GRILL USE
▶ A $40 propane fee applies if you’d like to use the grill. Please notify us the night before so our property manager can ensure the propane tank is filled after the fee is paid.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
▶ Goodwick Hosting is not responsible for any package deliveries or personal belongings left at the property after checkout.

DISCOUNTS
▶ Long-term stay discounts are automatically generated on the platform once dates are input.

PARKING REMINDER
