# Instagramable! We wanted the space to be luxurious, stylish, and fun! Every single room has been thoughtfully designed! Each room has its own theme, and the living area is comfortable and ready to be enjoyed.

The house is walking distance to the Coachella & Stagecoach Music Festivals. Located in a guard gated golf course community with many amenities.

The house is fully stocked and has a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker. On site washer/dryer. Flat screen TV's in the living room and master bedroom with Netflix, Hulu and more. WiFi throughout the home and backyard. Beautiful heated pool, spa and firepit. Enjoy the side yard with lounge furniture, outdoor dining area and bbq. Great house to relax and build memories!

We have lots of games to enjoy! Board games, card games, poker etc.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire house: Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, kitchen, two car garage, driveway and backyard. Please note: Master closet & pantry are locked stock closets.

Other things to note:
The Palm Tree provides pool towels and games. The towels and games are in the cabinets drawers before entering the Master Bedroom.

-There is a First Aid Kit under the Kitchen Sink.
-There is hair dryer in the Master Bathroom drawer.
-The Fire Pit Gas Key and Fire Igniter located in the kitchen.
-The Spa controller can be found to the left side of the backyard on the white
wooden air conditioning unit cover.

Not Pets are allowed!! If you attempt to bring an animal into The Palm Tree, your reservation will be cancelled without refund and a $250 cleaning fee will be assessed. You will also be asked to vacate the property immediately.

Pool heating is available. Pool can be heated to 85 degrees for an additional $50 per day fee, all other amenities are included in nightly rate. Should you want to heat the pool, please let us know in advance so it will be heated when you arrive.
