Exterior Construction Improvements around the resort will be on-going through March 2026. At least 1 pool will remain open during this time. This beautiful, completely remodeled Gulf front condo is truly a coastal oasis! King Master Bedroom overlooks the Gulf of Mexico! The kitchen as been completely updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It has an open floor plan and a spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches located here on the Emerald Coast. The queen sleeper sofa makes into a bed which allows this condo to sleep 4 comfortably. The resort offers a fitness center, hot tubs, three resort pools, poolside bar and grill and a grilling area for you to enjoy! Condo 4-1202 is located in Tower 4 on the 12th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25.

Beautiful Place with Beautiful Views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, it was all the listing said and more! Had the great homely feeling we needed to relax and really enjoy ourselves. The views were absolutely breath-taking! We loved being out of the busiest part of the strip but still in the middle of everything! We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Condo!

This Condo was perfect for us! This Condo was so nicely furnished also. Great Location! It has everything we needed. I was especially impressed with how clean the unit was. We have stayed at many condos and most are not clean at all! Great communication with the units representative also! I would highly recommend this condo for a single person or a couple. It’s not big enough for a family.

Fair for the price

This is not the first time I've used VRBO for reserving a condo. The unit was as described, clean and visually appealing. I would recommend handrails in the bathroom/shower area. In the bedroom, it made me wonder what there is that they are trying to hide with black sheets with a plastic sheet underneath. It made the bed very uncomfortable. Being local, we decided not to spent our final night in the condo because the bed was so bad. You need a new mattress. The location and view from the balcony were amazing. Oh, one last thing, there was no number plate on the door so finding the right room in the dark was a bit of a challenge that first time. I've paid more for less and I've paid less for more, so on average I say this is a fair value for the price.

LOVED the condo!

We were notified when the unit was ready but in the meantime was offered the use of the lounge chairs and umbrellas that is included with the rental that are already placed on the beach! The condo is nicely decorated (in my colors) and makes the colors outside being the sand or water more vibrate. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed is comfortable and the washer/dryer came in handy. The view speaks for itself..........from the sunrises to the moonsets the glow was beautiful. Having our morning coffee on the balcony was special. There was pool next to our Tower that has plenty of seating. I believe there were others and one larger one but the one near us was fine. Truly was a great fine and Farah was spectacular!!!

Wonderful Condo

We celebrated our anniversary in this beautiful condo! We loved watching the dolphins and pelicans from the balcony every morning and evening! The views were breathtaking! Condo was the perfect size for us and was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in! The complimentary beach chairs were a plus as well! Long Beach Resort is one of our favorites as it's not too crowded and it's close to our favorite restaurants. Check in and check out were a breeze as well! Overall we had a wonderful stay and hope to return!

Amazing

It was a nice quite stay. It was perfect for my family of 4. Our kids slept on the pull out. Everything was so clean and amazing. We did need a few things from Walmart and we where able to walk there. It is a great location we could walk to everything my kids favorite part was walking to get ice cream. We can't wait to come back.

Great place to stay

Me and my wife enjoyed our stay here. First of all, it was clean and had everything you would need. Beautiful view of the ocean from living room and bedroom. Elevators were fast even though there’s only two for the whole building. The negatives were the water pressure in the shower. It barely has any! Also, I noticed two bolts missing from the balcony rails. Hopefully that gets fixed quick. The water dispenser on the fridge isn’t hooked up to water. Also the mattress toper is super loud. Sounds like crumbling paper anytime you move. So be ready to hear it all night.

Beautiful views and condo!

The condo was perfect for our week stay in Panama City Beach. It was beautifully decorated, clean and stocked with everything you would need for your stay. The views of the gulf from the condo in the living room and bedroom areas were absolutely stunning and drinking coffee every morning on the spacious balcony was so relaxing. Farah was very responsive with any questions we had. I would recommend Kelly and Farah's condo at Long Beach Resort to anyone looking to relax and get away.

Our little paradise

The unit was just perfect. Great quality of glasses dishes and silverware. Not a lot of stuff in the unit but that is what makes it so pretty and clean. I would like to suggest a bed topper on top of the mattress because the loud sound the mattress made kept me not sleeping soundly but all in all I would stay again.
