When the swell is substantial you can hear the waves breaking! Quiet residential neighborhood. Five minutes to I-5 so easy commutes. This penthouse offers a Smart TV, full kitchen, full size desk, two queen beds, a washer/dryer, and much more. Freshly built so everything inside is new and clean. San Clemente is a quiet and fun beach town with great beaches and restaurants. World class surfing. Dana Point and Oceanside Harbors are nearby for boating and fishing charters. Ferry runs daily from Dana Point to Catalina Island.

Perfect place for a CA stay

Our family stayed for a week and loved this place. Photos are accurate depictions of the place. Modern appliances, tall ceilings and good access to the beach and freeway. We would stay here again!

Easy check in and comfortable lodgings!

pictures are very accurate. we had a great time! the kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were upscale. (the washer/dryer was very convenient) Shower was also really nice. It was a comfortable, well taken care of property. Definitely recommend!

Beach dream house

This was a perfect place for my brother and I. Very clean, beautifully decorated, inredibly comfortable beds, and very close to beach and other amenities! We even had use of the rooftop jacuzzi! We want to return next year!

Clean & comfortable in beautiful San Clemente

We wanted a comfortable place near the ocean that would be convenient for 2 of our kids to visit (from San Diego and Loma Linda). This exceeded our expectations. The apartment is very well laid out to make maximum use of its size, and is very attractively decorated. Sara & Sahl provided everything we needed. We loved San Clemente, a new spot for us.

Great place to stay in San Clemente

We had a wonderful stay at Talia's Seaside Retreat mid - end of January. The place was extremely clean and exceptionally decorated. Comfortable furniture and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Sara and Sahl were very nice and quick to respond to any of our questions. It is a great place to stay in San Clemente.

Misleading and disappointing

This second-floor unit was located in a very crowded and hilly area of San Clemente not very close to the beach. It is quite small and not suitable at all for older adults. While the unit itself was quite clean and attractively decorated, it was not very practical or comfortable. We had a fuse blow, shutting off the refrigerator and requiring several interventions by the owner. The very high bathtub posed a safety hazard since there was no bathmat or grab bar in it. We were unable to access basic network programming on the Roku TV and the combination washer/dryer was basically worthless as clothes did not get clean or dry even after several hours.

A wonderful small place full of light, beautifully designed, and comfortable

We were very positively impressed by this small but extremely comfortable and beautifully designed apartment full of light, with 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen offering everything one needs, a very comfortable living room, and a small but sunny balcony with enough space to sit down for a meal, or to relax and read a book in the sunshine. And it is just a short walk away from the beach. We loved it and wish to come back!

We had a wonderful stay. Sahl and Sara were excellent, thoughtful, and responsive hosts. The Seaside Penthouse is beautifully and comfortably furnished. Everything is new and highly functional. Additionally, the location is just a 5-minute walk to the beach. We hope to return!

Highly recommend!

Our stay was very enjoyable. The apartment is a cozy, well equipped and tastefully decorated beach theme. The beds and couch were very comfortable. The cute private feeling patio was nice to sit outside. The area is very quiet and fairly short walk to the beach area. We didn’t have a car and were able to walk everywhere and then using the trolley on weekends. San Clemente is a gem and so is this apartment. Would recommend highly.

Very clean and well decorated.

This condo unit was extremely clean and cutely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked as well as the bathroom. Although the condo unit itself was rather small,there was a great outdoor space on the top deck with a table and chairs for 4, a couch, fire pit and hot tub. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this unit and hope to return here 1 day.

Super clean, super cute!

What a wonderful place to stay! Host was very kind. Place was new, clean, bright, white, and cheerful. Highly, highly recommend. I took walks every morning (either down to the beach or to the Del Mar restaurants and the location is great! Really loved the neighborhood stairs down to shore, too. Book this place. You won’t regret it.

Beautiful and Bright

We enjoyed our stay in this well appointed and comfortable condo. It is bright and inviting and the location was great. It is on the small side, but perfect for the 2 of us. We enjoyed morning walks to the beach and local coffee shops and restaurants. I’m OCD about cleanliness and loved how it was stocked with a vacuum and floor mop. It has everything you need and more. Like other reviewers mentioned, the bathtub is huge and we loved it. The rooftop views are amazing, we took some great photos! Sara and Sahl were great hosts and were very responsive. We met Sara and she was incredibly sweet and helpful. We had some issues with the all in one washer and dryer, but not a big deal for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Not in the tourist part of town

Densely packed local neighborhood. No sidewalks. Beach theme is well done. Clean. Nice furnishings. The one bathroom is between the two bedrooms. When one person is awake, everyone is up. Bring your eyeshades. The washer/dryer is a mystery. It took 6 hours to do a load which is challenging for a beach vacation. Great spot for the money .

Awesome Beach Casita

Absolutely beautiful place. Super well decorated. Much bigger in person than in the pictures. About 2 blocks to the ocean- a simple 4-5 min leisurely walk. The washer dryer combo is awesome- set it and forget it! 😊. Great kitchen to cook meals in. The bed is very comfortable and even though the AC is in the living room - the whole place gets nice and cool. Great location- close to everything. I will definitely be back- the place is fantastic.

Immaculate Penthouse in Perfect Location

Where do I start?! This place is even more beautiful than in the photos, and in the perfect location for getting to the beach or coffee shop, restaurants and shopping. Hosts made everything easy so I could just relax and enjoy this charming coastal town. The penthouse was just the right size for me to host my adult son who lives on the nearby military base, and while he was not able to stay nights off base, he would have been very comfortable in the second bedroom with queen bed. That room doubles as a beautiful office, and I was able to work from there very conveniently during my stay. The hosts have thought of everything and the accommodations and amenities offered more than I expected. I highly recommend this excellent property and look forward to returning!!!
