Boaters will love the deep, wide canal with a 45-foot dock and boat lift (up to 15,000 lbs, available upon request). Enjoy quick access to both the bay and the ocean, making fishing trips, sandbar days, and sunset cruises effortless.
Keep an eye out for dolphins, manatees, and other marine life that frequently pass by. At night, the dock’s underwater lights create an incredible viewing experience you won’t forget. A custom fish-cleaning station with dual hoses makes cleaning the day’s catch easy and convenient.
