Also, Paso Robles, Los Olivos & Solvang only a short 45 minute drive & make easy daytrips. This well appointed home has something for everyone. Enjoy a book in one of our many swings, savor a glass of wine or s'mores around the firepit or stargazing in the deck side spa under the dark country sky you are sure to find a spot to rejuvenate. There are also many spaces to enjoy the company of others. The game room is complete with 55" 4K smart TV, bar with mini fridge, regulation pool table, air hockey, foozeball, skee ball and enough games to get everyone involved. The family room's large inviting couch & 72" 4k smart TV is perfect for movie night or a game of charades with the whole gang.
The kitchen with bar and open dining and sitting room that flows well with the back deck with large outdoor table and lots of seating is where everyone ends up. The Deck has awnings that roll in and out for your sun/shade needs over the firepit and seating to keep the fun going. And the side deck is where the BBQ is along with a swing & a couple of chairs to relax or smoke outside.
* sand toys, volleyball, boogie board, ice chests, picnic baskets, yard games, board games, card games, puzzles, pantry items and a card table with extra chairs are just a few extras we have for you to make your stay more comfortable. Amazing location, great for family reunions, we enjoyed all the amenities including the hot tub and game rooms. Enjoyed great sunsets and almost saw the Falcon launch. The house is even better than in the pictures. The hosts have put a lot of effort making it enjoyable for all age groups with lots of kids games, swing set in the yard, game room for grownups, s'mores stocked for the guests. Our dog also had fun off leash on the fenced off yard. Would highly recommend this to anyone planning a visit to the area

This is a wonderful family home with all the amenities. The kitchen is large and very well-equipped so that everyone can help with the cooking. The game room is a real bonus on rainy days. We used the piano to help us sing Christmas carols. The young kids loved running up and down the long hallway. The adults loved the hot tub at night. And Bethany even put up a decorated Christmas tree for us... such a wonderful gesture. Room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the holiday!

What a great home! The location was beautiful and private. The home was clean, spacious and incredibly well appointed. We made Thanksgiving dinner for 10 and every pan, dish and tool was provided. Not to mention, the dining table fit all of us! We’ve stayed in a lot of homes through the years and this was the best stocked kitchen and home we’ve ever had. The house was spacious and comfortable even with 10 people. We had a few questions/things pop up through the week and the owners were right next door and super responsive. We will definitely be booking here again the next time we’re in the area!

Wonderful stay!

Although we had a short stay, we could have stayed here longer! The house and yard were spacious and comfortable. From the moment we stepped foot inside, we were relaxed and felt right at home. The games were a definite plus for the 10 year old and the rest of us. Hosts were amazing to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful property. Secluded with wonderful view. Yet very close to town and shopping. Everything was pretty perfect.Family of 10, parents with 3 adult children and spouses 2 kids ages 4 & 1. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need. Game room, family room and enough space for everyone at the table. Wonderful back yard with swings, hammocks and enough stuff to keep everyone entertained. We used the hot tub and the fireplace almost nightly. We have no negatives. We plane to return

Perfect Family SPot

This was a perfect vacation spot. The house was clean and had all the amenities that we could ask for. Toys and a backyard playground for the kids, game room with pool table, etc for the adults. The kitchen was big and there were plenty of bedroom spaces and bathrooms. Close to the surrounding town with beautiful beaches, shops and Avila Barn. Our hosts were fabulous communicators and answered every question I had very quickly. This is a must stay at place for large families with children.Thank you Bethany and Steve.

Just do it

Seven adults and three kids stayed in this beautiful house. Location was great - close to everything you’d want to do in SLO/Pismo area. House was clean and amenities were endless. Communication with owner was clear and quick. Would definitely stay here again. Like the saying goes, “just do it,” and stop searching for other properties.

Wow, just wow!! We stayed here for a little family getaway to pismo and we were blown away by this home!! Had everything you could imagine to keep you entertained, we didn’t feel like going out! Hot tub, cornhole, swing, hammock, game rooms with pool, foosball, air hockey. Movie room with comfy couches and recliner, ski ball! We made smores out on the fire pit. The huge backyard was perfect for our dogs to play in. They loved it. The view is so beautiful, great scenery very peaceful with lots of wildlife saw a woodpecker and rabbit! The home was very clean all the bathrooms and kitchen were spotless and the beds and couches were all comfortable. Check in and check out process was easy. Overall can’t recommend this home enough, made so many memories, and we will definitely be back!

Great place for the whole family

The house is well maintained, all the beds are very comfortable. Great large yard for the kids and your dog. Lots of games, activities and a nice hot tub. Nice quiet neighborhood. This was our second trip here. Plan to come back many more times.
