This beautiful home provides resort style comfort along with complete privacy while still being within close proximity to all of Orlando's major attractions. Open the door and walk into an expansive main living space ( 17ft ceilings!!) which then leads you out to a beautiful enclosed oasis... an extra large furnished lanai, pool area complete with comfy pool loungers. You'll enjoy high speed internet and a full Spectrum TV package with all sports and movie channels! The home is fully equipped with appliances and basic necessities, including toaster oven, air fryer, Keurig coffee machine, Ninja blender, bar with cocktail and champagne glasses - we also provide extras not common to rentals such as extra paper towel, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, laundry detergent, cleaning sprays, and much more. From the moment we walked in, we were instantly relaxed! The house is very spacious and open and was more than enough for us and our teen daughters. The pool table provided many hours of fun and the game room was a bonus and pleasant surprise! Every area of the house was spotless and so many extras were available. The pool area was beautiful with full sun from late morning through the day. The neighborhood is so quiet and we enjoyed watching the golfers across the street and the wildlife behind the house. This home is perfectly located between Orlando and Tampa and we visited both! The owner was very responsive and provided all of the information we needed. Would highly recommend this beautiful home to small or large families. We will definitely return!!

A wonderful vacation getaway

After pulling into the drive and opening the door all of my family was in awe. A very nice place that feels like home. The owners were so good to us and checked in to see if all was satisfactory. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a vacation without hesitation.

Beautiful House!!!

This is a beautiful property. I stayed with my husband and our kids ages 13-19. Everyone loved the house. The beds are all extremely comfortable. Owners are extremely responsive. Will stay here again!

Family Spring Break

Five stars all around! This home was the perfect place for my family and myself to enjoy our spring break away from the cold and snow in Michigan! Teresa and Kevin were very communicative and available for any questions. The home was clean and well furnished. The pool was wonderful. And the location was perfect for our visit. We will probably be back!

Great 5 Br Home Close to Disney

This is a nice home with a large master suite, 2 more rooms with King beds and 2 rooms with 3 beds in each for the kids. There is a pool at the home, plus a subdivision pool and tennis courts. The home is spacious with a dining room and large kitchen. There are plenty of games and toys, a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey and much more. The kids loved the house and so did the adults. We will be coming back!

Amazing house in quiet community!

We had a great stay at this rental with our three kids. The bedrooms and linens were all very clean, the open concept downstairs is lovely and the pool was the highlight. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed swimming and we enjoyed the spacious outdoor space on the patio. The game room was a surprise bonus as well! The owners were helpful and communicated clearly. While being a little out of the way from the parks, you won’t mind because the golf community is quiet and peaceful with no houses behind so the house feels quite secluded. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The house was very clean and had all the necessary items. It even had toothpaste and toothbrushes in all bathrooms, which I never find at other homes. The pool was warm and clean. My 4 year old daughter spent most of her time in there! The men in family golfed right at the course by the house, and also used the pool table multiple times a day. Communication was quick and easy. I would highly recommend this place to others, and I would definitely book again!

New years stay

This house exceeded our expectations! It was spacious, so clean and had everything we could ask for! The rooms were so cute and had plenty of space for the kids to sleep and play! The master bedroom/bathroom was incredible! We even had space for our little 2 year old to sleep with us but have her own spot! The owners were so responsive to anything we needed! The pool was incredible! We had such an amazing stay and cannot wait to stay again!

Beautiful home, peaceful location, responsive owner

We had a lovely and comfortable stay at this property. (The beds are very comfortable.) We enjoyed having the pool table in the common area where we could play and visit w/o having to be in separate areas. The location is quiet and peaceful, while being close to anything needed. The hosts also provide many paper goods and cleaning supplies which helps a lot. The only thing I would prefer (bc we usually travel in late fall/winter) would be morning sun on the lanai/pool area. However, for travelers most of the year, it's probably situated just fine (possibly optimal for hotter days). And, it did allow for a nice amount of sunlight by the pool in the evening on these shorter days. We had no problems and have no complaints. We've stayed in quite a few places over the years and the one thing that really stood out this time was communication w/the owner. Many times owners are very responsive when working to get the booking, but fade out once that is done. Kevin was exceptional. He not only replied promptly, he was proactive. We would definitely recommend a stay at this beautiful property, and will keep this top of list for our future travels. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us.

Nice house with needed amenities close to Disney

My family stayed here recently for our Disney trip. The owners are wonderful to work with if you need anything whatsoever. For example our original planned vacation was delayed to Hurricane Milton and we had zero issues with rescheduling. Home has all the amenities you will need like body wash, detergent, toothpaste, and some food items. We had a wonderful time overall.

Good choice

We had a lovely stay , the property is clean and comfortable. We have had issues with rotten outdoor furniture in the wind and rain but now the owner knows I am sure this will be attended to. We would stay again. Plenty of extras including buggies people have left .

Beautiful home

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this home. It is a beautiful, clean home with tons of amenities and everything you need to start your vacation. One of our favorite features is the pool table right in the living area instead of a hot garage. Can’t wait to come back!

GREAT stay!

Accurate description/pictures. Very clean and had everything a family would need to stay within a week. Property manager was very quick to respond…..My family and I really enjoyed our week at this location. The pool was everything to the kids and the space was everything for the adults. Quick and easy access to shopping/restaurants and Disney.
