Our 2,900 square foot, five bedroom, two bath log cabin is a short drive from historic downtown Creede. It provides nearby access to the Rio Grande River and countless recreational opportunities. This cozy home features a large flat-screen TV and wood stove in the main living space, a fireplace in the dining room, and a fenced-in backyard for the kiddos to play! Enjoy all the comforts of home, including summertime BBQs on the back patio.

This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max, and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max of $250 per stay).

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
