This was our second stay at this property, and we've really enjoyed it both times. The property location is very easy to get to from downtown Creede, and there is plenty of space in the house and in the yard. The house itself is a great layout for larger groups, and has been clean and well-equipped each time

Great place and location, but slightly overpriced

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was very clean but dated. The rooms are good sized and we loved the family/game room. Everything was clean and well maintained. We only used one bedroom and it was very roomy and comfortable, we slept great. We did feel that the rental is overpriced because of how dated the property is. It is a great place to stay and we would recommend, especially for a large group

Great Cabin!

The cabin was everything we needed to have a great vacation. It had plentry of space for our family to lounge in the living room and play games in the dining area. I cannot say enough about the availability of kitchen appliances, utensils, dishes, pots and pans that were in the cabin. It really made the trip so convenient and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this cabin.

She was always so quick to respond to any question I had. The place was clean, it had everything you needed. It was like your home away from home. We hope to be able to rent again next year!

Thanks for taking the time to write a review, Jason. We're saddened to see your comments here. In addition to our thorough departure cleans between guests' stays, our homes are also deep cleaned twice annually to ensure the home is at its best for each guest's arrival. We wish you would have reached out to us during your stay so we could have assisted and sent the housekeeping crew back if needed. We are really sorry to hear the home didn't meet your expectations and we would have loved the opportunity to improve your experience and address your concerns.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Would love to have more parking , to accommodate that many people sleeping there. (5 bedrooms which was great!) Although this trip was great for one vehicle and one 18' trailer. But next year if more of the kids join us, we would have to have enough for two trucks and two trailers.
