**There shall NOT be smoking inside the home. (Smoking outside is fine but please make sure to close all the doors so the smell/smoke doesn’t get inside the house). Please Do Not Tamper our smoke detector.
**Please do not move the furniture inside the house, if you do, please put them back where they belong
**Please DO NOT LITTER around the neighborhood.
** Strictly no pets allowed. The owner of this house visits whenever possible and they have severe allergy for pets
**Please obey ALL HOUSE RULES.

Booking Requirements:
- Due to unfortunate events that we have experienced in the past (not judging all guests are the same), we call our guest for verification purposes as we abide by Airbnb Rules in regards to third-party bookings (unless authorized) and confirm their purpose of travel. We also confirm if you’ll be fine on what you need to know about our home to make sure your needs are met. No calls - no check-in.

**NOTE**
HVAC rules:
We ask that you can help us conserve energy by leaving the AC at 76 degrees whenever you leave the house or before your checkout. Please do not put the AC temp below 69 degrees as it may freeze up the pipes. This will cause the AC not to function well and may cause a leak in the drain pipes.

In any case, if the AC does not cool, we will not be held accountable for sending HVAC to fix the issue, the same goes for issuing you a refund if in any case, you wish to cancel and leave the house.

**Extra cleaning request and Essentials

Extra cleaning service refers to doing a standard cleaning during mid-stay plus restocking of supplies.

** Any house rule violations will be subject to cancellation with a refund based on our cancellation policy. We will be reasonable as much as possible to make this an overall great stay between the both of us.
** We would like to inform you that we offer all the amenities listed on our platform. However, it's important to note that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to functionality issues with our amenities. These issues may be caused by natural disasters, previous guests, or normal wear and tear. We want to assure you that we conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure the proper functioning of all our appliances and amenities.

If, by any chance, you encounter any problems with our appliances or amenities during your stay, we kindly request that you give us the opportunity to address and rectify the issue before considering any cancellations. We ask you to consider this before booking our home.



**Guest Responsibilities:
-Lost and found item - $50 convenience fee + shipping
-Broken/Stolen Items - guests will be responsible for the repair cost/shipping/ etc.
-If the guest throws a party at the house and gets the house reported to the police or local authorities, we’ll be forced to cancel your booking and we’ll have to ask you to leave our premises without any refund.
-If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
-Only registered guests in your booking shall be permitted in the residence at any time. We do not permit additional visitors in the daytime or nighttime. Other side there will be an additional charge.
-If you plan to have visitors, they NEED to be included in the number of guests you indicated at the time you make your booking. - provide their names and age.
-The earliest access to the house is 4 pm. Unless agreed otherwise with the hosts.

**Early check-in

**Maintenance
Please note that we strive to maintain our home in excellent condition for every guest. Before making a reservation, we would like to inform you that our maintenance team conducts regular visits on weekdays to perform tasks such as "taking out the trash" or "watering the grass."

Rest assured that these visits are limited to the exterior of the house, and our personnel will not enter the premises. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during your stay and encourage you to contact us if you require any assistance.

Beware ! Wild experience
VERY LOUD and potentially dangerous neighborhood. Blook2nd shower didn’t work! Adults needing a sgi shower forced to use VERY small tub as shower. First off , the insist to speak with you before arrival. That is the explain that “during the morning you may hear outside walking due it being in a Commerce area. Well let’s just say that the morning noise is nothing compared to the evening and night noise. All kinds of people raising hell ,zombies walking around ( a nice way to describe the homeless drug addicted people ) that hang out regularly in the area. Blood on the pillow in one of the rooms. Shower didn’t work. The front does threshold is 1 inch ; thus allowing at least one mouse/rat to come in the home from the outside ! These people act like this a high end property, but they have problems! Guess what ! Manager falls off the face of the earth after texting me that the shower will not work for the rest of the stay ! How rude. I reached out to them 4-5 times before leaving this review and not a peep. Just be advised that this neighborhood is sketchy and you will likely hear people yelling /screaming or whatever they are doing outside from dark to about 2-3 am. Just a overall busy street and disgusting rats cominh in the house.
