Michel I am very surprised by your comments. The condo has NEVER received such comments. The pictures are exactly what you will find once you arrive at the Haven. Are your comments in response to your damage waiver being used to cover the damage created during your stay? We make every effort to ensure each guest has a peaceful stay at the Haven. Thank you for informing me of the noise made by the neighbor's dog. We are sorry the damages have created an unhappy mood for your otherwise pleasant stay. We hope you made it back home safely and we enjoyed hosting you at the Haven.

Andrew did not use the instructions he received in advance of his stay to open the keyless entry. Per his comments, he continued to enter his code and pressed lock. The property manager attempted to assist him after he jammed the lock. He was booked into a hotel for one night to prevent his children from waiting outside while his mistake was fixed. He would not be satisfied although he was the one responsible for the problem. He became rude and very defensive. VRBO did not require a return of any funding to Andrew. His hotel was $337 dollars for one night. The locksmith was paid and adjusted the lock. Relaxation Haven fully refunded Andrew. He never entered the condo nor was he able to experience the peace and joy of Relaxation Haven. We wish Andrew and his children all the best in their future vacations.
