Subtle, coastal décor shines throughout, with tasteful, modern accents including exposed beam ceilings and sparkling white, shiplap walls. The full kitchen comes beautifully equipped with an island prep station and a suite of deluxe, stainless steel appliances. The island doubles as a breakfast bar with seating for four and an adjacent dining dining table is also set for four. Enjoy streaming shows and movies on the wall-mounted smart TV in the living room, with a gas fireplace providing cozy ambiance.

Enjoy some morning coffee on the front porch or take a load off in the fully screened lanai. Fire up the private gas grill and treat your guests to a backyard barbecue. There's also an outdoor shower available for rinsing off the sand and saltwater on your return from the beach.

All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs for guest convenience. The primary suite and a shared, half-bath can be found downstairs. Two guest bedrooms share a second full bathroom upstairs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
