Sugarloaf 20 mins away for Skiing biking & hiking or hop on the ATV & Snowmobile Trail right from the dooryard (driveway large enough for multiple trucks with trailers. Cozy home has Jacuzzi jetted tub, electric fireplace, dishwasher, pots/pans, etc. High Speed wifi/internet - login to your streaming devices on the Smart TV. Cabin has 3 TV’s and Wii gaming in the 2nd BR. Gaze out your window to view the historic Dam, River & Mountains. The Dead River is just steps away to float, fish, & watch the eagles while you take in the cascading sounds of the Dam. Trails End Restaurant just steps away!

Late June 2025 Getaway.

First time in this awesome camp. We have stayed in Eustis and Rangeley and well all over the country VRBO and this was very nice; and quiet. Even with a very good restaurant right up the hill within 50 feet. Kudos to the builder and also decorator. The only thing I can add as a recommendation is to have a hose and water hookup near the front porch as there was even too much pollen to even try to wipe all down, furniture, blackstone, flooring, etc. Or have someone come in and power was it if staying there in June or even first week of July. People with allergies, like us, were affected. And, it would help keep your floors and furniture cleaner as pollen sneaks in on clothes, hair, etc. Thank you for letting us stay. Beautiful new cabin

The cabin was very clean, had all that we needed and was close to the Trails for riding. Bonus that it is walking distance to a restaurant that served a great meal. Rangeley is just a short distance from the cabin which is an extra bonus. We saw a ton of wildlife (including moose on the trails!). We had a great time. What a breathtaking area to visit!

Great stay in Eustis

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful new cabin. It served as our home base for our multiple days of skiing and was the perfect home base for our family to return to at night to relax. Thanks to Jodi for hosting us and being very responsive.

Restful and quiet

We have a lovely view of the mountains, near a lovely river, with scenic drives, walks right out your front door, a canoe launch too, and Sugarloaf about 20 minutes away.

Very clean new house with stocked kitchen with all the essentials! They have thought of everything to make a property feel like a home! 20 mins to the mountain and walking distance to steakhouse. I would def stay there again!

My family and I absolutely loved this property! We had everything we needed and more. There was plenty of space and no detail was overlooked. The property sits by a dam and is within walking distance to a restaurant which served an amazing dinner. The owner was super nice and check in was a breeze. Thank you for an amazing place to stay! ATV trip

Weekend away for ATV riding. House right on ATV trail. A great restaurant just a hop skip and a jump away. House was fantastic and had everything we needed. Contact with host was immediate and great.

The owners have been visiting the Eustis area for years and just built this dream cabin. We hope you love the area & the people in Eustis as much as we all do!

The Cabin Owner's husband is a builder and built this Cabin. The barnboards at the bottom of the walls came from a farmhouse that was over 100 years old. Everything else in the house is brand new. Note: no table shown in photo, but there's a card table with 4 chairs if you would like to have game night. There are also 6 bar stools that can go around the large island to eat at or play games.
