We understand that this trip was important for you and your family, and we hate to hear your stay didn’t meet your expectations. The after hours service received your call on the night of your arrival. Our technician was at the home first thing the following morning. He wasn't able to repair the issue himself so window units were provided to help cool the home. The HVAC technician was able to come out that same afternoon and resolve the issue. We want to apologize for the strong scent of the cleaning products. Had we been made aware ahead of time of sensitivities to cleaners, we would have used different products. As noted in the pre-arrival emails, beds are not made, but we do provide linens that are wrapped and left on the beds. If we had known that was a concern, we would have been happy to have had the beds mades prior to your arrival. We also provide a welcome bag with a few basic items, but full soaps and toiletries would need to be provided by guests. This home is located in a condo complex, and you visited during one of the busiest weeks of the summer. Some crowding and neighboring noise is typical during this season. We do care about our guests experiences and are sorry we fell short in your case. We appreciate your feedback and wish you and your family all the best moving forward.
