Cozy Cottage by the Sea

Quaint and cozy cottage with a 4 minute walk to the beach. Another minute up the road and you’ll arrive at the White Horse General Store with all the odds and ends you might need and more. Explore the quiet beach side neighborhood or have a cup of coffee or tea on the warm sunrise facing porch. A quick 10 minute drive will get you to downtown, which is where you’ll find the waterfront. Lots of great seafood and other restaurants to try. Take a walk towards the water and you’ll find the historic Plymouth Rock, the Mayflower Ship and a jetty into the ocean!

The interior of the cottage has been completely renovated with many upgrades including a brand new professional 24” range, new sleeper sofa, 65” Sony OLED TV, new memory foam mattress toppers for the main bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is stocked with spices, utensils, plates, and best of all a Keurig complete with k-cups and creamer!

The property has two bedrooms, a living room, bathroom, kitchen, small dining area with breakfast bar and a three-season porch complete with wicker sofa, and lovely swivel chair which is great to nuzzle in and smell the ocean breeze while reading a book or sipping on your favorite beverage.

The nice sized bathroom is also recently renovated with tile shower and includes shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

We’ve also added to the outdoor space with a brand new outdoor sectional on the front porch, and a bistro table and Weber grill in the back area.
