Retreat located next to Polson Bay Golf Course with magnificent views of the Mission Mountain Range and private access to Flathead Lake.

Four bedroom plus bonus room with three full baths and two full kitchens. Master bedroom with king bed and master bath. Middle bedroom with queen bed. Lake view bedroom with king bed. Downstairs bedroom with two twins bed (combined for King) and full bathroom. The bonus room with a double bed is the walk through room to access the downstairs bedroom. Downstairs also has a full kitchen and laundry facility. The main kitchen is upstairs as well as the main laundry room. Two living room spaces, one overlooking the golf course and Mission Mountains and the other space is on the Flathead Lake side. Huge deck with gas grill that overlooks yard with fire ring with seating and lake view. Handicapped accessible entrance to upstairs area and access to lower level from below (accessibility to lower level restroom/shower requires ability to transfer for persons requiring a wheel chair).

Flathead Lake access that has a boat dock, with swim area and doggie swim ramp access. Shared with one other home owner.

Single car garage and additional covered parking. 50amp/30amp RV outlet with sewer hookup (additional charge). Plenty of power to charge your electric car.

Minutes to downtown Polson and not far from Glacier National Park (1.5 hours) Missoula (1 hour) Kalispell (1 hour) and Whitefish (1.25 hours).

Enjoy walks along quiet Bayview Drive that parallels the golf course, swimming from the dock, and many outdoor water activities or just sitting and enjoying nature and occasionally spotting a bald eagle flying by.
Enjoy the view of wildlife and deer grazing from the living room or deck. Watch the golf action from the living room.
Gaze the night skies for stars and take in the amazing sunsets over the lake. Sunrises over the golf course with a backdrop of the Mission Mountains.

Amazing location, right on the lake, on golf course, close to town. Plenty of privacy, but so much to do. Absolutely incredible host, he goes above and beyond in all aspects to make your stay fabulous. He is truly a gem of a human!

Great place

The property was great. Clean and was stocked with all the things you need when you are away from home. Driveway was a bit tight for our two big trucks but Jim the owner was great with helping us on how would be best to turnaround. Careful of the golf balls. Would for sure stay here again.

Excellent Location Setup and Host

We had an amazing stay at Jim's cabin. He was incredibly accommodating--let us dock our boat in his lift and helped us with a wheelchair ramp (the cabin is somewhat accessible, but not the bathrooms). Everything was clean, no clutter, and tasteful. The location is excellent. We played golf twice and spent much time on the lake.

Great Trip

We loved our stay at the this property. Our friends used the RV hookup which was very convenient. The owner Jim couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. The house we quirky in a good way and very clean. The AC came in handy with the hot weather. Definitely recommend this place. Looking forward to our next visit to Flathead Lake.

Great get-together with friends made even better by this amazing property

Beautiful, roomy lakefront property with stunning views. Right next to the Polson Bay Golf Course which is a perfect weekend activity. The owners, Jim and Jennifer, went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing and as enjoyable as possible. I have stayed in quite a few vacation rentals, but this was far and away the best experience I've had. We will definitely be coming back to Polson and this property in the future!

Wonderful stay on the lake

First off, this house is by far the cleanest rental we have stayed in. It is also well stocked with everything you need, and all high quality. It is great for larger parties, with access to a dock on the lake. Both, Jennifer and Jim are wonderful people. You will not be disappointed, at all. My family had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Highly recommend!

This was a wonderful place to spend time with our family. We enjoyed the close proximity of the golf course and the lake. The property manager and owner were both very responsive to any need we had and went over and above to make it an incredible experience! The beds were comfortable and the spaces were great for hanging out. Kitchen was well-stocked. Last but not least, Santa came to visit and made our visit extra special. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed!

Roomy and Convenient

We had a great time! The house has everything you could need; new kitchen, outdoor grill, fire pit, beautiful deck and convenient access to the lake. Plenty of room for the whole family and extended family. The golf course clubhouse is conveniently located within walking distance. The owner, Jim, was nearby and super helpful. We forgot the pump for our lake tube and he solved our problem with his air compressor.

Great House!

Jim, Jennifer and the property were great! The home has been recently remodeled and was clean and VERY well stocked with new appliances and plenty of good quality kitchenware. Beds bedding towels bathrooms all newer and well stocked. Property has a great deck and firepit and well maintained yard with easy walk to dock and lake. Easy access to golf and polson and of course flathead. Home handled a large group with no problem. We’ll be back!

Great location and access to the lake.

I would recommend this property. Clean and easy access to the lake. Quite area and nice fire pit for in the evening. Jim, whom is a very nice man, was so accommodating, we had problems with the motor home we had parked on the RV pad. The cord we had wasn’t long enough to reach the 50 amp outlet, Jim had another cord and we’re able to put them together and get power. Then the water pump went out and he offered to run a hose for us. We arrived a little early and Jennifer and Jim allowed us to check in early. We spent most of our time at the lake using paddle boards and Kayaks and spent some time at Glacier National Park, about an hour and a half away.

So I was initially skeptical about all the rave reviews of the property, and here I am providing my own. This was a gathering of our children and grandchildren with eight adults and one teenager coming from the east coast and Midwest. We chose the property for its lake location and proximity to Glacier National Park. You never know until you arrive, but it was perfect for us. It had everything you want a home rental to have - comfortable beds, good climate control, workable kitchen with good equipment and an outdoor grill, quality linens and cleaning supplies. There's plenty of room - enough to hold a yoga class. The outdoor spaces - the fire pit, the deck looking out to the lake - were fabulous. Then there was the service - Jennifer was responsive to my initial inquiries and throughout the rental process, checking in midweek to make sure everything was okay. The location was superb - the ability to swim in and kayak on the lake was a treat, and we were able to dock our rental boat at the property. And on that note - the hosts were the best part of the stay. Jim loves to share his property with the renters, and was so welcoming. When we came to the dock after our outing to Wild Horse Island, he met us with his golf cart to help us bring stuff and people up to the house. I guess you could say we loved it. Santa has a secret hid out in Polson Montana. Jim has been portraying Santa for 11 years now. He spends November and December portraying Santa at Downtown Disneyland in Anaheim CA. Then spends winter on his cattle ranch near Yosemite National Park raising cattle and sheep. Come spring Jim migrates up to Montana for a quiet relaxing time at his family home on Flathead Lake. You will spot him puttering around the lower lake house (yellow) doing chores and keeping busy with projects and making sure everyone is happy and having a good time. Jim, I mean Santa, is always "In Character" when kids are present keeping the spirit of Christmas alive and well. The property manager Jen (Jennifer) will tend to any needs you may have and take care of all the details. Jen also teaches grade school to many happy kids who love her. Her goal is to make sure you and your family are all set up comfortably and answer any questions you may have. Enjoy your stay and thank you for booking with us.
