Coconut Cabana liegt direkt am Wasser in White Sound, Green Turtle Cay auf den Abaco Bahamas. Das Privathaus ist von einer abgeschirmten Veranda mit Blick auf White Sound und den The Bluff House Yacht Club umgeben. Als privater Teil eines Resorts werden alle Annehmlichkeiten des Resorts genutzt, darunter eine Poolbar und ein Restaurant, ein Strand, eine Strandbar, Paddle-Tennis, ein Yachthafen usw.

Das von Designern eingerichtete Haus verfügt über einen offenen Grundriss mit einer voll ausgestatteten, großen Landhausküche, der sowohl drinnen als auch draußen für Unterhaltung sorgt. Die zwei identischen Master-Suiten sind tropisch mit eigenem Bad eingerichtet und alle Bettwäsche sind inklusive.

Die Anlegestelle von Coconut Cabana ist 80 Zoll groß und bietet auf beiden Seiten Anlegestellen für kleine Boote. White Sound ist ein aktiver Hafen mit vielen Bootsaktivitäten. Die Wasserfähre bringt Sie direkt zu Ihrem privaten Dock.

This property is great and we have stayed here before. The only problem was the neighbor and her dogs. The dogs kept coming over and pooping on the lawn and the neighbor didn't pick it up and we had to look at it and smell it for days. We couldn't enjoy sitting out on the patio that much.

My first time and can't wait for many more.

We came to fish and snorkel, and we did it all.be came over from FL on our 32' center console and it was the perfect location for convenience and safety. We weren't worried about our boat and supplies. The road came right to the house so it was convenient for the golf cart. We LOVED all the beaches, and bluff house beach was the paradise that makes dreams come true. Dianne is a fabulous person and a pleasure to communicate with. She's so responsive and experienced. She helped me know what to expect. We fished and snorkeled and had a blast.

Great house in a great location

We enjoyed our time at Coconut Cabana and would definitely stay there again. Having a private dock was great and access to the next door Bluff House pool, as well as the Boathouse restaurant and Tranquil Turtle beach bar was very convenient. Look forward to another visit.

Wonderful location

We had such a nice vacation at the Cabana! This is our second time on the island and we would glady rebook this property for our next stay. It was perfect for our family of four. The screened in lani was very nice to hide from the bugs and rainy days and the dock was a plus for our boat rental. GTC we will be back!

On the Bluff

We were on the island as part of a wedding party. The combinations were great. Everything functioned in the home was in the wonderful location. It was very nice to have the dock and a place to keep the boat during our stay. Highly recommend!

Refreshing return to GTC

We hadn’t been to GTC since 2012 and the Coconut Cabana was a terrific place to settle in for a relaxing week. Terrific communication that ensured when we arrived someone would help us from the dock to the house and get settled. The house had terrific location overlooking part of White Sound, convenient to Bluff house restaurant and beach bar, and was very comfortable for a family of four to unwind from a busy day. Check out process smooth including assistance in getting our bags to the dock and confirming with ferry our departure time.

We got there and they had just taken out the Internet. Didn't have internet the whole week. No Tv in the Bedrooms cause of that. Other than that, it was good. we have this house coming up this June. Hope the Internet is working. Also need some CLR in the Shower heads to clear up the spray nozzle holes. Would recommend this house nice Dock.

Great stay!

We traveled as 2 couples to visit GTC for the 1st time since Hurricane Dorian. We knew it was "off" season so it was wonderful to get to talk more with locals and enjoy end of season dinners at both Bluff House and Green Turtle Club. We have stayed once before at this house and it was just as before- lovely, clean and peaceful. Della met us at the docks, we had our Seaside Golf cart waiting and Donny delivered our boat the next day. It was a wonderful 5 night stay, enjoyed a combo of eating out enjoying lobster and fresh fish and cooking at the house a couple of nights!!

Not up to standard.

Unfortunately this stay was not what we had hoped. A/c was broken in one of the bedrooms and flooded the floors. No attempt was made to fix it when reported to the caretaker. Only 1 key to house was made available and there is no safe to lock valuables so leaving the house unlocked did not feel right. The kitchen was not clean upon our arrival . Numerous items in the house were broken or missing. The home also boasts a large amount of cockroaches to keep you company.

THIS IS YOUR SPOT!

Coconut Cabana was absolutely perfect! We took our children and our grandaughter for a week of play in Green Turtle. The location is spot on, with a private dock off the back of the house! The house had everything we needed to enjoy the pool and walking distance to Bluff House restaurants, and their bayside beach! The home has two "master" suites with ensuite bathrooms- both are mirror images of eachother. The porch is screened in and has a great view of White Sound. There is a gas grill outside that works are well. Diane has a caretaker on site, who was readily available with any questions that we potentially had. We will be making Coconut Cabana our annual stay!

Location is awesome.

The location is the best on the island. With your private dock for your boat, you don’t even need a golf cart. We did have an issue with the AC in the living area, but I understand that things happen. I am sure it will be fixed as soon as possible. There is an issue with ants as well. Other than that, I do recommend this place at the price range it’s at.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Coconut Cabana! The property owners kept great communication with us and the property manager Della was incredibly kind and helpful. Eli and Diane(owners) were great to work with on the booking, and the property was great for 2 couples, given the layout of the house. Realizing the locals are working hard to get back to some sense of normalcy, it’s great to see the progress that’s been made. The caveat to that is knowing there are times you could be without power, water or wifi, while they are busy with construction. Unfortunately, we went without water the last 1 1/2 days, while that didn’t kill the vibe of the trip it was a little frustrating. Overall we had a really good time, and we’ll be back!

It was all good with the exception of being asked to be out of the house by 9:00 am. Especially in light of having a 3:30 departure time.

Eliott and Dianne live in the mountains of Colorado where Eli has been a ski bum and owned a ski shop for over 35 years. Recently retired we spend more time on Green Turtle usually in the Fall and Winter. We travel as much as possible and enjoy our retirement immensely.

Coconut Cabana is located near the heart of the action on White Sound but, still private at the end of the palm tree lined drive. Your private dock is steps from your door and minutes by boat to the Ocean, the reefs, the Town of New Plymouth, the Sea of Abaco and Great Abaco. The Sound is protected from the Ocean yet has easy access to all areas.

The people on Green Turtle are what made our decision to live there easy. We have traveled the World and settled on this area as our home away from home. The convenience of getting from Colorado to GTC and home again in one day and not arriving totally exhausted was the clincher for us to settle here.
