Great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Located near the foothills of Denver, Colorado. Just 10 minutes away from C470 Interstate. Quick access to trails for hiking, and/or biking. There are two Colorado state parks within 10 minutes of the property (Roxborough State Park & Chatfield State Park).
At Chatfield State Park, you can go fishing, boating, swimming, paddle boarding (rentals available at the Park), jet skiing, bird watching, or wildlife viewing.
Chatfield State Park is home to: bald eagles, blue heron, pelicans, sea gulls, geese, ducks, and numerous smaller birds. If you're observant, you can also see deer at this park.
