This newly renovated and furnished home is located just steps from the Rocky Top Sports facilities and 5 miles from downtown. It features 5 bedrooms/4 bathrooms. The bedrooms include 4 kings, 1 double queen room, and 3 additional queen sleeper sofas. The home has a private hot tub and MASSIVE game room. The kids and adults will have hours of entertainment without ever leaving! There are smart TVs, two living rooms, and an outdoor living area.
The upstairs has 3 king bedrooms. The master king has an ensuite bathroom and the remaining 2 kings share a bathroom. The dining room, kitchen, living room, king bedroom, double queen bedroom, and bathroom are located on the main floor, The entire lower level host a large gameroom and additional living area.
Views of sports fields and mountains from the deck.

When booking this home, you will be provided a starter pack of supplies. We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 dishwasher pods, a small bottle of dish soap, 2 laundry pods, travel sized shampoo and body wash, 2 trash bags, and a pack of coffee. The coffee maker is a standard drip coffee maker if you would like to bring your favorite brand. All additional supplies needed will be the guest's responsibility.
We also provide towels for showering. If you would like additional towels for the hot tub, please bring your own.

This property was great. We had a family vacation with ten people staying in the house, plenty of room for everyone. Ate breakfast and supper there kitchen is large enough. Location is good not right next to all the traffic, but not far from whatever you want to do.

Great house, not-so-great clean. This house can be quite a gem, lots of rooms and fun games. We also liked the kitchen and dining spaces. The owners were super responsive to our questions.However, the cleaning was mediocre at best. The windowsills and mantle had a coating of dust. There was crud that needed to be wiped up around the bathtub. The kids' feet were dark gray on the bottom after running around in the game rooms. The towels smelled of mildew, even after we rewashed them. My husband had to clean the shower drain in one of the bathrooms, so we didn't have to stand in a puddle of used water while showering. We asked for the hot tub to be cleaned since it had leaf debris and grit on the seats. The people who came just sucked out the water hoping the debris would follow, rather than using a proper vacuum made for the job.We worked around all this and had a great time anyway. I just hope the very nice owners are able to find some better quality people to clean.

Best vacation ever!

7 adults and 2 teens stayed for a week at Rocky Top and we had a great time. The house was amazing! Big enough for us to spread out and we had a ton of fun in the game rooms. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked most meals in rather than eating out. We loved the pickle ball courts at a nearby park. Basketball too. Close to all of the action of downtown but quiet and off the beaten path.

Wonderful spacious house

The house was perfect for our needs. The kids loved the game room. The beds were quite comfortable. The owner responded very quickly to any questions we had. I would highly recommend.

Cozy but Large House - Great for Large Family

The house was in a great location, so didn’t have to go through winding roads to get there if you follow the 321 directions. A couple of minutes down the 321 and you are in the little town of Gatlinburg, plus lots of restaurants and a grocery store near by. The house was cozy with two fireplaces. Game rooms were amazing and as described. All of us enjoyed that. Instead of futons, there were two pull out couches, so plenty of sleeping space for all. One of the couches was very stained, so looked unappealing, but we made it work. Only complaint I had was the cleanliness of the house. Bathrooms had mold/red scum and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while, so a bit cruddy. Kitchen also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned with a dirty dish rack and stains on backsplash. The house needed a good cleaning. In addition, towels were cheap and smelled bad. We had to wash all towels and some sheets before use. Felt like they hadn’t been washed after last use. House needed some TLC, but overall enjoyed the house and our stay regardless of the cleanliness issue.

Family Holiday

We brought our 7 kids, daughter in law, mother in law, and grandbaby down for two days after Christmas. We do this every year and the basement was perfect for pool, shuffleboard, ping pong, foosball, and air hockey tournaments! There was more than enough space for everyone to have their own beds/share comfortably and we played bingo with everyone in the two dining room areas without any issue.We would suggest more towels, extras for the hot tub (although you are told to bring more in the details from the host), and to invest in a cookware set (so there is more than one frying pan), but we were able make things work. If others are bringing a big family these were the things we wished were a little different! The only other recommendation would be to have the floors deep cleaned. Our socks and feet were black after just a little while of being there on the first day. Otherwise, our family had a great two days together - #BigFam!Thank you to the hosts for sharing your cabin with us!

Had a wonderful time

We had an incredible time! The location was perfect in proximity to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Just a short drive to Dollywood, Dolly Parton Stampede, Anakeesta, and too many other wonderful activities to list them all! The front porch over looked a local walking track and it was absolutely gorgeous with the trees changing colors. The house was everything we needed for our group of 12 (including 7 children under 13). One thing to keep in mind is the stairs if you have very little ones. A pack-n-play would be a necessity on the main floor. But the stairs to the basement are easily closed off. There was more than enough space for everyone, the beds were comfortable, kitchen appliances and cooking utensils were well provided, and everyone loved the hot tub! We definitely recommend and would love to stay here again one day!

Fun but overall disappointed

Love all the space and games. We had a mess up with rental car and he let us check in early, which we appreciated very much! He needs to find a new house cleaner though. When we got there, we found dust, dead flies, the kitchen floor felt like it hasn’t been cleaned in forever. The hot tub didn’t work, the tv on the main floor didn’t work, the tv downstairs buffered most of the time. The freezer door handle was barely hanging on and fell off and the toilet paper roll holder was barely hanging on.

Best Rental we've ever had!!!!

Check in was wonderful, we just went to the property and keyed in the code. The property was immaculate and exactly as described. We had our grandchildren with us (ages 7 and 10). They were head over heels for the games and activities. We would return to the house after a day of activities around Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and off they would go to play some more. We could relax for a while. In the mornings we would create pan cake of french toast breakfasts in the wonderful kitchen. The evenings were quiet and peaceful with little to no noise so we could sleep when the little ones finally tired out. We couldn't ask for a better place to stay. We plan to make reservations some time this fall for the same property if it's available next year around the same time. We trust you found our clean up and leaving acceptable. Steve Baxter

We enjoy traveling and spending time together as a family! Our daughters play volleyball, so we spend most of our afternoons watching them play! We love to go to Gatlinburg and eat at our favorite restaurants and enjoy the beautiful mountains.

We own long term rentals and decided to venture into the short term rental market. After a very short time as hosts, we decided to continue to grow our business in Gatlinburg. We love being hosts and enjoy interacting with our guests. We know as a family with multiple children how important vacations are and strive for all of our guests to have a wonderful experience in Gatlinburg.
