Every bedroom has an On Suite Bath, a private pool, a Jacuzzi, 30 ft dock, 2 kayaks for you to use, one is a 2 person kayak and the other is a 1 person kayak.
Restaurants and fuel docks are not that far away by boat from this location. It is close to Sister's Creek and Book Key Harbor, which offers quick boating access to the Ocean or the Gulf of Mexico and the 7-mile bridge. Sombrero Light and its beautiful reef are right off shore, about 2 miles. 

This home has modern amenities, clean lines, and three floors of living space! It is located in the heart of Marathon in the Sombrero Beach area. 

The Ground floor is your foyer entry with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with its own bath. On this level, one bedroom has a king-size bed and an on-suite bath, and a second bedroom has a queen-size bed and an on-suite bath. This floor has immediate access to the pool and jacuzzi.   
The second level has your living areas, dining area, and a half bath and a grilling deck and lounge area.  The laundry room is on this level as well and a nice big deck with outdoor furniture and a grill.  
The third floor has three bedrooms, with a master bedroom that has an on-suite bath and an outdoor sunset deck. The second bedroom has its own on-suite bath with two twins. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed with its own on-suite bath.

Private Pool/ Spa 
The home can accommodate a maximum of 12 people. There are king and queen size beds in 4 bedrooms, 2 twins in the 5th.. We have 2 rollaways at $150.00 each available for extra bedding.  
One boat, one Trailer, and three vehicles will be allowed per stay.
** Boat lift was removed from the dock April 2024.  Two 24 ft Boats allowed. Boat dockage allowed on the left side of the dock only.  Boat trailers will have to be stored off site.  
Boat lift is not accessible to guests.
Check in is at 4 pm and access information given 2 days before arrival by text and by email.
Quality Control Staff will check the property on your arrival day to ensure a memorable check-in experience.
