Featuring a private dock with a 12x36 slip in a no-wake cove, kayaks, FREE neighborhood boat launch right below the home, boat trailer parking, hot tub, a game room with a pool table and wet bar and SO much more. This home is within walking distance of Margaritaville, Redhead’s Yacht Club, and many more of the best places Osage Beach has to offer!

This is a single-story home on a corner lot and has so many unique features. Inside you will find 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, full size washer and dryer, and gorgeous wood floors. The garage features a game room with a wet bar and pool table. Every room has a Smart TV with Netflix, Prime, and Fubo.

Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, custom cabinetry and all the essentials you need to make meals. The dining area has a large table that seats 6.

Living Room
The living room has two incredibly comfy reclining couches, a large flat screen TV, and is just off of the kitchen and dining area.

Master Suite
The massive Master Suite features a king-sized bed, dresser, and a beautiful newly renovated bathroom with an oversized shower, dual vanity and walk in closet. There are also 2 roll away beds stored here.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is on the opposite side of the house and has a queen bed and plenty of closet space

Bedroom 3
The third bedroom is next door to the 2nd bedroom and has full sized bunk beds and one twin sized bed.

Bathroom 2
The second bathroom has a single vanity and full-size shower

Outside
Outside on the upper deck you will find plenty of patio furniture, hot tub and a gas BBQ grill. Down the stairs in the back yard enjoy the view of the water while setting around the stone fire pit with the whole family

Dock
The dock is located down a set of stairs behind the home, across the street and down a few more stairs. The dock features a 12x36 slip available for guests to use.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.

No pets

No smoking, parties, or loud music after 11:00pm

Keep hot tub clean during your stay. Do not wear any dirty clothing or swimsuits in the hot tub. Do not swim in lake, then get in hot tub without showering. Excessively dirty hot tub will result in a $100 extra cleaning fee

Please clean out food from fridge.

Consolidate trash out of bathrooms and kitchen and put in dumpster when leaving the complex

Please clean up dishes and run dishwasher

Turn off lights, close windows and lock the door on your way out.

HOT TUB RULES
Do not wear clothing that has been worn in the lake in the hot tub. This disturbs the chemical balance.

To open flip up black cover, then fold the gray cover in half with the bar in the middle. Grab the bar and lift up the whole cover. The bar is there to assist in lifting it up out of the way

Extra charges will be incurred for excessive dirtiness or damage.
