We had a great experience with renting this property. They let us check in early and were so nice and accommodating about it. They had no check out chores, which was a welcome change from most rentals these days. The location is awesome.

Great experience and stay! The hosts were very responsive to anything, and the condo could not have been more convenient for our wedding events and friends. It is listed as “top floor” however, and it was on the 2nd level, not 3rd (top). Not a huge deal! Just a tiny bit misleading.

Wonderful Condo

You could not ask for a better stay in Aspen! The location is perfect for walking anywhere in town. The condo is very clean and nice. We stayed for 6 full days with a family of four and there were no issues. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location

Steps away from the city market. A short walk to the lifts and Rugby Pitch. No need for a car. The bus stop is right there. Comfortable beds.

Amazing location. Unit in good condition. However the listing says ‘top floor’ and it was not the top floor, it is on the second floor and there is a unit a move it. No humidifiers in the unit was unfortunate. The staff was very responsive and helpful.

Property OK

Property is in a great location. Super clean. Great communication with property management team. Probably great for winter and skiing. Only ok for summer - place gets really warm and has no aircon. Living room has awkwardly placed TV making it hard to watch. Master bedroom and bathroom very small. Very limited outdoor space (small balcony). Parking is an issue.

Hi Simon, Thank you so much for all of your input - the owner of that condo is very particular about things, so I doubt we can do anything about the positioning of the tv. Parking in Aspen is an issue in general, did you ask the property management team to register your vehicle with the City for unlimited parking in the 2 hour residential zones which are close to the complex. Should you consider renting again, that is an option.

Great location

The location of the condo is great, easy walking distance to many Aspen locations and reasonably priced for Aspen. The 3 bedrooms worked out fine for our 3 generation family and everything was quite comfortable and clean. The unit could use some updating and new appliances. There are long tedious notes for the use of any appliance. The washing machine leaked so we were not able to use it. We also received poor information on the parking, the pass for the garage was not in the unit, and it took several days to get a town permit. Fortunately we were not at the condo that much so it worked out fine.

Good Location

We enjoyed our stay and experience at this property. Location is right in the heart of Aspen. Only shortfall was early morning noise in alleyway from trash collection if windows are open.

Location was great, beds were comfortable, check-in was a breeze. A great place to stay & will surely return next year. We loved the Sky hot tub. A short walk up the path. Best part was it was totally convenient to everything, yet quiet at night.
