Located in the popular Market District. 5 minutes to Downtown Bentonville & a block from the Razorback Greenway. You have this whole house with a split, open floorplan all to yourself plus the ATTACHED GARAGE for bike storage! 3 bedrooms with a king mattress, queen and 2 twins. 2 full baths. Sit on the front patio or by the fire pit in the back yard & watch the Downtown Trail.

The Space:
Spacious home in the heart of Bentonville. WIFI and 2 smart TV's to watch your own apps. Split bedroom plan with an open living area. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The home is stocked with everything you need to make meals, from silverware to frying pans and everything in between. There is a garage to store your bikes and a water hose to wash them off after you're done riding for the day!

Located a short walk from downtown Bentonville and steps away from the Momentary and 8th Street Market, this house has access to the Razorback Greenway and the downtown trail.

The Neighborhood:
The Momentary is directly across the street on the next block. 8th Street Market is a 2 minute walk. The Meteor coffee shop is a minute away. Walk to restaurants and craft breweries.

Getting Around:
Park your car and bike or walk anywhere you want to go!
