The condo includes a washer and dryer in a convenient laundry closet located in the bathroom, making it perfect for longer stays. In the living area, relax with a 55" Smart TV and a premium cable package. Streaming apps can be accessed via the guest’s personal log-in credentials. Ceiling fans in both the main room and bedroom provide added comfort.

Enjoy access to the sparkling Laterra pool, located conveniently in the courtyard of your building, perfect for cooling off after a day of sightseeing or relaxation.

If you need baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table, or porta crib) or beach chairs, they are available at no charge with a minimum of 24 business hours' notice (subject to availability). $25 fee applies for weekend/holiday deliveries.

Some dogs are permitted with advance permission. Aggressive breeds, including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Chows, Staffordshire Terriers, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Alaskan Malamutes, and Siberian Huskies are NOT allowed, Also no puppies under 1 year old.

For the safety of our guests, we’ve implemented a rigorous cleaning process between stays.

While this unit is on the first floor, it is not ADA compliant.

To access your unit, enter through the lobby of the 955 building and follow directional signs to your unit.
