When you book here you will be reserving three (3) suites, that can accommodate a total of eleven (11) guests, combined. All of the suites are walk-out units with large patios. The building itself offers an expansive rooftop patio with views of downtown, Kensington & the mountains. You’ll also find shared BBQ’s, a fire table, plenty of seating and a dog park!
These are separate suites. We have three (3) suites available in the same tower. All suites are on the main level and are walk out with their own patios - two (2) that are oversized and gated. The building offers a rooftop patio which is shared with all building residents.
When booked for a bigger group we ask that you refrain from having too many people in one suite so that we can ensure the volume is at a reasonable level. We prioritize our neighbours and the communities we are in and don’t want to jeopardize those relationships.
All pets must be pre-approved prior to booking.
For any family friendly amenities such as a pack & play, crib, or high chair, please request at the time of booking so that we can reserve the items for your stay.
PARKING: We have three (3) free street level parking stalls provided which is located on the same block at a neighbouring building. Instructions provided in the check-in process.
All suites are ground level with two having access via the back of the building (alley).
