Hello! I'm Austin and I’ve been renting furnished properties since 2018 when my wife and I had our first baby boy and decided to move from our downtown home to be closer to our family. We loved living downtown where there's always new things to see and do. We’ve since been blessed with another baby boy and continue to happily and thankfully grow our family. I love music and concerts and my wife enjoys working with youth and decorating for events. And we both love a good dinner/movie night. We’re very down-to-earth and strive to show kindness to everyone we come across. My goal is to continue providing value to our guests by listening to them and doing what we can to make their stay comfortable. This 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom ranch-style home has been updated with modern amenities geared at providing pet friendly long-term stays (mid-term stays, long stays, monthly housing, mid-term housing, medical professional housing, nurse housing, monthly rentals, long term housing, sublets, month-to-month rentals) to our guests. The house can sleep up to 6 adults and includes free parking spaces in the front and back of the house, a loaded kitchen, work desks, high speed Wifi, smart TVs in every room, 65 inch living room smart TV with great sound bar sub woofer that's also connected to an Echo Dot, a washer/dryer closet, bathtub/shower, Dining room table, Extra towels/linens and more.
