Nice house, in quiet neighborhood. We have enjoyed our time there. Definitely would rent again. Would add a kettle to the kitchen and chopping board, that’s the only things we felt were missing, but we managed anyway:)

A GREAT STAY

The property was great, Camille was terrific, the pool was wonderful, The only problem is that time went by too fast. My Grandchildren stopped by for a couple days they were totally entertained with the pool and local playgrounds. Great restaurants within a couple of miles Thanks for a great vacation Mike and Lynn Kolch

Good location

This home is in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to shopping, golf and beaches. The owner was very responsive to a problem we experienced with the refrigerator. The pool area has no shade or lounge chairs, but is spacious and the pool itself is nice.

Highly Recommend

We had messaged about seeing if it was ok to check in an hour early since we had arrived early but did not hear anything back the whole time. The house was in perfect condition, and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was very clean. The house was close to shopping and dining. We had a very nice trip and would definitely book again

Basic house and pool

Basic house and pool. Unlike other rentals where you feel you are living in a house this feels like you are in just a personal hotel with very basic amenities. Had to report on arrival a broken screen on the ground, broken ice maker and several bulbs are out. But for the price I paid, it seems reasonable.

Sorry you felt this way. What’s provided in the pictures is exactly what to expect. We have board games and a pool in a nice quiet location. Unfortunately the previous storm had damaged a lot of wiring in many people’s homes which we didn’t expect would impact you since the lighting was outside. Also, the ice maker is not broke. A previous guest cracked the case, which unfortunately is out of our control. Many guests enjoy this quiet atmosphere with their family. My apologies that it didn’t meet your standards. Thanks

Hi John, I’m sorry for your experience. Our cleaners are very diligent with cleaning the house so it’s suprising to hear that anything was not clean. We also get pictures before each stay to confirm cleanliness. The only item that was mentioned that broke was the bed frame, which you had stated was fine after you made alterations and there was no need for us to come. This is now fixed. If you would have communicated to us about any other issues, we would have happily come to the home to address it all. Pool services arrive 1-2 times a week and nothing was reported about algae in the pool. Again, I’m sorry that this was your experience and we hope that your were still able to enjoy your stay in Palm Coast. Best

54 Baltimore

We rented this house from January 20 to February 14th, 2023. Unfortunately, compared to other homes we have rented previously this one did not live up to our expectations. Overall the house and pool were nice but not well equipped when it came to such items as linens, towels etc. They were all old and well used. The items in the kitchen were not clean. Everything was just thrown into cupboards and linen closets. The pool toys in the container were all moldy and unuseable. We bought our own. If you want to get tv networks such as ABC, NBC etc., forget it. Streaming is all there is. The furniture was comfortable and the pool was nice but when you look deeper into things it just didn't live up to our expectations.
