Or maybe unwind in the living room gathered with others while watching a sports game or movie on the 80" Vizio TV stocked with all your favorite apps to indulge with. This spacious desert retreat also has a private billiard room with other games including darts and old school table top arcade games! All for your groups stay of entertainment.
Slipping into the back yard in the evening you will find a super private sanctuary, surrounded with lush cats claw vines built up thick on the yard walls and European pavers throughout.
This yard serves to entertain as well including a two hole golf putting course, built in grill and fridge ready to be stocked! Gas fire pit to sit around while waiting and willing to invite the evening breeze.

Ring Doorbell installed at front door of the property, away from your privacy. The usage of the camera is for security purposes to monitor the property access, guest check-in/check out.

The property is Pet friendly, including its own private entrance that's 10 x 15 for our fuzzy pals .

Our Casa del Sol is a gorgeous pet friendly Casa in Tempe where we love our pets, but our human guests come first. Pets must NOT be left in the Casa unattended for any reason. Guests must care for their pets, clean up after them and keep them off all furniture as well. This could save you extra cleaning fee ($25/$50) for excessive dog hair/odors on the furniture
and linens. All pets must be good citizens. We are committed to making a memorable experience for both you and your pet. Our pets receive a “Welcome Basket” with a blanket, doggie bags and treats! Please do not take the blanket or basket home! Again, Pets must be well-behaved, and must not be left in rooms unattended

Property does have a detached casita for larger group stays . This casita is rented as a separate STR but can also be reserved for your group if available when booking for an additional fee.

Please Note house is not child proof and guest should take precautions while occupying the property
