The Great Escape is a newer construction modern farmhouse design in the university area. Located near the UM Golf Course, Dornblaser Field, Bonner Park, and down the street from Missoula Fairgrounds and Glacier Ice Rink. The house is just blocks away from campus with biking and trails near by. The house is also minutes from downtown, and has views of Mt. Sentinel from the deck and a patio in the back yard with plenty of room to lounge. A bus stop is nearby and guests can walk to nearby Cambie Taphouse for breakfast, lunch or dinner and enjoy a cold beer. Built with solar panels on the roof, in floor radiant heating and AC, it’s comfortable during all seasons. The house is in an excellent location with vintage farmhouse decor and is very family friendly with room to spread out. The location is ideal for guests who want to enjoy Missoula and be centrally located in an excellent location.

We spent Thanksgiving here with our family. The house was set up very well for multiple people and provided privacy with bedrooms on 3 levels. I was very skeptical about cooking a turkey dinner at a rental and was pleasantly surprised at how well the kitchen was stocked. The location was great with easy access to downtown and the university. I would stay here again!

This property exceeded my expectations! We were in town for my daughter’s wedding and to have my entire family have a comfortable and safe place to stay and socialize was wonderful. This place is STOCKED and has everything you could ever need. Brad was highly communicative which was appreciated. Can’t say enough but if I ever needed to come back to house that many people it would be my first choice. Economical too!

Perfect Family Casa

Family Wedding in Huson

We were in Missoula for a family wedding in Huson. The property was perfect for us. The lower lever was great for the 4 year old and his parents, providing extra space. House is well appointed and very clean. The location is central to everything. We enjoyed the back patio in the evenings. It was a fantastic stay. Thank you!

Beautiful home, perfectly appointed!

Rented this house for our 5 adult children ranging from 29-35. They had a blast and couldn’t say enough good things about the property. Plenty of room to hang out, comfortable beds. Only one complaint/suggestion was black out shades…Will definitely be coming back!

Sanctuary amid chaos

Truthfully, I would like to get this house is zero, so no one else will use it as I would love to have it at my disposal. I booked this home so as that my daughter’s bridal party had a safe, spacious home for their stay in Montana. The house was perfect, lots of room, very well stocked, and when I realized I didn’t book it long enough it was absolutely no issue to extend a night. I highly recommend this home!

Long fishing weekend in Missoula

Great house and solid location, stayed here with 5 out of town friends for long weekend fishing. House is very new and clean, solid location in southern university district. Beds were super comfy, great bathrooms and amenities. We enjoyed hanging out in the backyard space after long days on the water. Only slight negative was lack of dedicated parking for the house. We had 3 cars with people coming from out of state or flying in but street parking was available across the street or down the street. Would definitely stay here again. Owners very helpful and responsive to our questions.

Great house for a family in a good location

We loved this house. The layout of 2 bedrooms and 1 bath per floor worked great for us (9 adults and 3 kids) as it allowed everyone a little more space. There was an additional family room on the lower level that was handy for those that wanted to stay up later and not bother those sleeping. The house was beautifully finished and decorated and was very well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location worked great for us. We were in town for our son's wedding, and it seemed everything we needed to do was just a couple miles away. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house for a family reunion

Stayed here for a family reunion. Sleeping arrangements were great for 10 adults and 1 dog. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are quite nice. The house is extremely well stocked with towels and supplies and the kitchen had plenty of dishes and quality appliances and pots and pans. The welcome gift was a nice touch. Our only real complaint is that the main floor living space (kitchen, dining area and living room) are really too small to accommodate so many people comfortably. Otherwise, a really nice house for a large group!

Amazing property!

We had a great stay. We were in town for a family wedding and found the property centrally located for our activities. The neighborhood felt safe. (Note, It was end of May so Univ Montana students were gone for the summer.) The property itself was the most well stocked rental we've ever stayed in. Also very well decorated. We loved everything about it. Kitchen was extremely well stocked, soaps, hair shampoo/conditioner, q-tips, in the bathrooms, etc. We had two families with adult children so everyone had their own bedroom which was very nice. The master bed was extremely comfortable. Bed linens were also excellent. It was nice having a small backyard to sit and have coffee in the am. The basement bedrooms were definitely colder, but we never tried adjusting the thermostat - being end of May it wasn't too bad. Definitely recommend this property!

LOOK NO FURTHER!

If you are looking for a house where your community of friends can join under one roof, LOOK NO FURTHER! This place is amaaaaaazing! The decor is so tasteful - Montana meets luxury. Every detail was thought of. All new appliances, bedding, mattresses, furniture…the works! We arrived after a long drive to cookies, coffee beans and fresh flowers on the dining table. And a thank you note saying that they appreciated our business. So thoughtful! I literally felt like I was in a dream. All the bedrooms were conveniently spread throughout the house, so plenty of privacy. Two upstairs, two on the main floor and two in the basement. The couch in the living room also opens up to a comfortable pull out. The location was in a mellow neighborhood and close to everything we needed. Brad was incredibly fast to respond to curiosities about the property. And his wife made the generous effort to call me directly to make sure that we had successfully navigated the wifi when we had questions. Seriously, you will be so pleased with this home. It was beyond any expectations I had. Absolutely beautiful, spacious and new!
