-There are some stairs to get to unit***At this time the tennis courts located within the complex are not usable as they were undergoing renovation and the work had to be stopped to research possible archeological impacts of the project. We are sorry for any inconvenience.*****The Hawaii County Department of Parks and Recreation closed Laaloa Beach Park (the closed parking lot including the cultural sites along the water that are across from the Keauhou Bldg driveway). The south end of Magic Sands Beach Park is also closed for construction improvements. Both projects will run concurrently and are expected to be completed in approximately 7-8 months. The beach portion of the park remains open and Water Safety Officers of the Hawaii Fire Department continue their oversight of ocean activities there.While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures.
