Quiet neighborhood in the heart of it all. Tech is just a quick drive up the road. Take a nice stroll to the park that has a huge pond and lots of room for running around. Watch the kids play in the front yard or cook up some barbeque and enjoy the backyard. Shopping, endless restaurant choices, and coffee shops are all within a couple miles.

Inside is sparkling clean and spacious with new couches, mattresses, and a fully stocked kitchen including a coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent. The primary bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom; the additional two bedrooms each include a queen bed. The hallway bathroom has a bath/shower combo and tons of counter space. The house has WiFi and a 55” Roku tv in the living area with views from the kitchen and dining table. The front room can be used as an extra sleep space and includes a comfortable queen slumber air sleeper sofa and blackout drapes. There is a barbecue and sitting areas for you to enjoy the spacious backyard.

No parties allowed, no exceptions. Please give advance notice of any extra day visitors or any additional overnight guests (not exceeding 8 people)

Enjoyed our stay, home was lovely and supportive to our family. Location is great. We loved gathering in the kitchen and dining area. Morning coffee was a breeze choose coffee pot or pods for breakfast. Cooking breakfast was easy great kitchen. Our bedrooms were beautiful with comfortable beds. We would love to return on our next trip to Lubbock. Charla was great in communications.

Great option

The house was a great option for us. We were in town for our son's graduation and the location was perfect as it was near the campus and near the house he rents. Clean well kept property. Plenty of nice touches and amenities.

Comfortable, clean home in a nice neighborhood

Several of my family members stayed here while we were in town for a graduation. The home is nice and neat, both in and outside and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of everything and well-equipped. We would recommend this home and would stay there again.

Amazing weekend away from home!

Perfect Location!

We absolutely loved this property! It was the perfect setting for our family during our son’s graduation weekend. The kitchen is large and has most everything you could need. The bedrooms are roomy and had large closets. The front bathroom is amazingly huge and so many were able to share comfortably. All that said, I loved the location just as much! It has very easy access to the loop, Tech, and a multitude of shopping locales and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfy, great communication, & accessible to all

We stayed in a lot of rentals to visit our in-laws for the holidays but this one was exceptional. Great communication, super comfortable beds, very quiet neighborhood, made this stay exceptional. Highly recommended. Thank you very much for letting us stay.

This home is always a Great Stay!! So clean, beautiful neighborhood, enough room for everyone. Beautiful at Home

Our host has a beautiful home! So clean and home-y! You definitely feel right at home! Everything was amazing! It was perfect for our family. I Loved the Pillows! 😆 I am always picky about them but these were the best pillows ever! And our Host was so understanding and accommodating with our unexpected delays in our travel times. Retreat Perfection

I and two other women met to plan our upcoming District 23 Toastmasters year. The location was ideal: easy on/off 289, great neighborhood to walk in the morning, and close to favorite restaurants. The house allowed us to space to work together but still give us our personal space. I would definitely recommend this house to others.

Fabulous gathering place!

The beds were absolutely fabulous! Everyone made a comment about how well they were able to sleep! The kitchen table was the perfect size for our group to play games and enjoy meals. Plenty of seating in living room for all!

The house was ABSOLUTELY amazing!!! There was so much room and any amenity needed was there. Beautifully decorated. Exceptionally CLEAN. We stayed there for my son’s graduation and wished we would have found this place sooner. Conveniently located to the university and very quiet and safe neighborhood!

Definitely recommend!

My daughter graduated college and my spouse & mom & I stayed overnight. My kids & grandkids came over for lunch & celebration cake. The host was very helpful & kind. The house is wonderful! It’s beautiful & comfortable, in a safe, quiet neighborhood, and the kitchen was stocked with exactly what we needed. Definitely recommend!!
