This popular beach retreat will have you Sittin’ Pretty this year on your family vacation! Two levels of Caribbean-inspired furnishings and appointments combine with a casual floorplan, making this a great property for your family to enjoy.

The upper level of Sittin’ Pretty boasts an open living area with a kitchen, a breakfast bar that seats four, a dining area table that seats eight, and comfortable seating around the large 42-inch LCD TV. Gather in the living area for a fun time, or kick back and relax in the enclosed porch that looks out towards the ocean. Relax on the east-facing deck with a bar table and chairs and catch views of the beautiful beach directly across the street. Three bedrooms are located on the upper level: a king bedroom with a private bath and an LCD TV, and two queen bedrooms, each with a TV and close access to the full hall bath.

The lower level has a small den with a TV and sofa, as well as a full bath and laundry room. Two bedrooms complete this level, one with two twin beds and a TV, and the other with twin bunks.

You will enjoy hours of fun in the large sparkling saltwater pool, with a nice pool deck and small seating area. There is a pleasant shady area under the front of the house as well, perfect for getting out of the sunshine and cooling off after a day at the beach. Bring your favorite yard games and set up play in the side yard. End your day grilling out poolside, enjoying your favorite barbecue meals and your loved ones. Amenities include TVs in the living area, den, kitchen, and all bedrooms except the two twin bedrooms, high-speed WiFi, a saltwater pool, an enclosed porch, and a gas grill.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
