This majestic luxury home sits overlooks the beautiful white sandy beach and sparkling blue Atlantic Ocean, boasting a beautiful backyard oasis with a pool, a hot tub, a two-story outdoor gazebo, and ample lounge chairs and patio furniture for your relaxation and enjoyment. The gazebo is ground level, with granite counters and bar seating, along with a TV. The upper level offers ocean views.

The bedrooms, baths, and gathering areas on each of the three levels allow for privacy and plenty of room to spread out. On the first floor, the indoor heated pool can be used all year long and is great for holiday and off-season rentals as well as use during the occasional summer storm. Your entire family can enjoy both the game room and gym, for kids of all ages have something to suit their interest and age. The game room has a billiards table for challenging games of pool. There is even a foosball table and a card table. And the nearby gym, which overlooks the pool, has a nordic track treadmill, an elliptical trainer, a universal gym, and a stationary exercise bike.

The gourmet kitchen on the second floor offers large dining tables for mealtime, as well as plenty of seating in front of the fireplace and large TV. The stainless steel appliances include two gas ranges, two dishwashers, two refrigerators, toasters, and a nice selection of kitchen cookware and gadgets. There is an amazing view of the ocean from the middle second-floor living area and kitchen, with access to the second-floor deck and second level of the gazebo, a great place for watching the dolphins and pelicans. There is a theater room that seats 15 with an 80-inch Blu-ray HDTV with a sound system. A convenient wet bar will provide additional beverage storage and a serving area.

The spacious third-level gathering area provides a restful place to enjoy the view, read a book, or spend time on your computer. There is a wet bar with a mini-fridge, as well for your convenience. All bedrooms offer TVs, beautiful linens and decor, and most with private baths. The lower level of the gazebo offers a sink, a refrigerator, and beautiful granite counters to dine poolside. There are also two gas grills and an outdoor hot-and-cold shower. The first floor has a separate door directly from the driveway into a king bedroom. The bedroom has a private bath. The elevator will allow movement between all three levels. Amenities include an indoor heated pool, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, an elevator, high-speed WiFi, a private gym, and a home theater.

The fireplace is only for off-season use from October-May.
The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 10 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
