A triple threat of beautiful bayfront vistas, beach views, and bunches of fun await at this condo, which enjoys breathtaking sunsets from its spacious, third-floor balcony. This peaceful setting will quickly take you to the state of relaxation you're looking for.
Begin each day of fun in the sun by picking up your stored beach gear from the private, secured, ground-level storage closet, which is convenient to the pool and beach entrances. You'll also have use of the owner's own beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys, with no busy streets to cross on your way to the sand.
At day's end, return home to watch a favorite movie on the 65-inch HDTV and Blu-ray player in the living room, or retreat to one of the bedrooms with TVs and DVD players of their own. Prepare a homemade meal in the fully appointed kitchen with your sous chefs seated at the bar-height breakfast bar with stool seating. Additional amenities include a full-size laundry room and free high-speed WiFi for your convenience.
The Sanctuary offers wonderful on-site amenities, including three outdoor pools, Viking grills, and two fitness centers. Adjacent to the complex is the 400-foot fishing pier at Little Island Park, which also includes a children’s playground; tennis, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball courts; and enough public parking for the unexpected visitor. Just down the road, you can explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, which offers beach access and hiking trails galore.
Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
