This is Shore Fun, a condo that's been outfitted and decorated with the entire family in mind. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it's sure to become a favorite year after year.

Here on the fourth floor overlooking the pool, you'll have great views of all the fun events happening just below. Watch the sunrise over the Atlantic on the private oceanfront boardwalk and catch fiery evening colors as the sun sets over the Back Bay.

Inside, the living area offers a large TV conveniently located for optimum viewing from the kitchen, the dining area, and the leather sofas. Free WiFi, premium cable, and a Blu-ray/DVD player are provided as well. You'll even have a pool/air hockey table between the dining and living areas for your evening entertainment.

The bedrooms include a primary suite with a private bathroom, a TV, and access to the balcony. When it's time to hit the beach, the garage-level storage closet comes equipped with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, a beach cart for easy transport, and space for your own beach items as well.

The Sanctuary offers wonderful on-site amenities, including three outdoor pools (open mid-May to mid-September), Viking grills, and two fitness centers. Adjacent to the complex is the 400-foot fishing pier at Little Island Park, which also includes a children’s playground; tennis, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball courts; and enough public parking for the unexpected visitor. Just down the road, you can explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, which offers beach access and hiking trails galore.

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
